Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for interior & exterior surfaces of all walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Flush pointing with CM 1:3 using P Sand (Plastering Sand) on Randum Rubble masonry wall as directed by the engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, laboure charges, scafolding charges, curing, T&P, lead and lift etc, complete.

Plastering in CM 1:3, 12mm thick using P sand for all ceiling surfaces, Sunshades, Lofts, etc., including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, Labour charges, curing, Lead, Lift, T&P etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in all types of soils such as earth, SDR, medium rock, dense medium rock not requiring blasting for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Inner colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Tractor emulsion paint or its equivalent of approved quality and colour over a coat of water based primer in interior surface as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all materials such as Primer, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer for exterior surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality and colour enamel paint over a coat of primer of red oxide including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1: 1½: 3 for footings using 12mm to 20mm graded HBG metal as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work, centering and shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc., complete. But excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

SGST For bidders within Tamilnadu

Providing steel reinforcement for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position including cost of steel, galvanized binding wire, lead, lift and etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using IInd class chamber burnt bricks (9"x 4 1/2" x3”) for basement and super structure as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing Brick / Stone masonry wall and clearing away with head load upto 100m, and lead of 1km including loading, unloading transporting charges etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including labour charges, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in postion MS Purlin, MS Doors with required accessories such as but not limited to MS Angles, Channels, Pipes, flats, Square Bars, Shafts, Sheets etc., as per approved design and as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of fabrication, transporting, lifting and fixing, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, one coat of red oxide primer, etc., complete.

Clearing Scrub and Light jungle and disposing off to a place at-least 1km away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Transporting the surplus excavated earth from with a lead of 1km over the initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m, depositing in places and spreading as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete. -1M³.

Supply and laying of PVC pipe 110mm dia (4kg/cm²) of FINOLEX or equivalent approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge for downfall pipes as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all specials such as Tees, Elbow, shoes, GI Special clamps, bends and screws, gratings etc., dismantling the exisiting damaged pipe, making holes in masonry/concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift etc., complete.

Removal of cement plaster from walls and clearing away with head load upto 100m, and lead of 1km including loading, unloading transporting charges etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including labour charges, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Providing P.C.C. 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismalting the exitsing damaged Doors and Windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastening as directed by the Enginner in charge at site including cost of all materials labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

CGST For Bidders within Tamilnadu

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from thr profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (block colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 5mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, storm locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.
