Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 ( One cement four sand and eight aggregate) using 40 mm gauge HBG Jelly for foundation and flooring including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for laying land in layer of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications

Providing and laying in postion standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ration of 0.55 including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 Cu.m) 7670 Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges. centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, fininshing, curing, etc., and providing Bitumen Sheet for expansion joints wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requriements of IS standards (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of Materials)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position plain/ ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including binding wire, cutting, bending, tying etc.,. The rate is inclusive of coat of binding wires etc., and conveyance of steel from plant to site of work

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface such as sq.RCC slab rectangular beams, Tee or Ell beams lintel bed blocks in all floors for RCC works with all cross bracketing using mild steel sheet of size 90cmx90cmx60cm. 10 gauge stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90cm center to centre and supported by casurina propos of as directed by the departmental officer etc complete complying with standard specification.

Centering with strutting

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using Fly ash bricks 230x110x70 mm including finishing neatly and curing etc complete complying with standard specification (masonry projection wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done with out extra cost

Brick partition wall in cement mortor 1:3 ( One of cement and Three of sand) 110mm thick for superstructure In Following Floors using fly ash bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70 mm having minimum average crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm. including labour for fixing the doors,windows and ventilator frames in position fixing of hold fasts scaffolding, curing etc. complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and drawings.

Special plastering with c.m.1:3 (one cement and three sand), 20mm thick as per standard specifications etc., complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality cuddapah Slab 50mm Thick of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by departmental officers. before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes of 300mm x 450mm x 8mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Roofing & Cladding with Tensile Fabric Membrane: To structurally design, supply and install Tensile Fabric Membrane of Sattler/Ferrari Type 1 or 2 German made PVDF lacquered coated fabric. The mild steel structure has to be surveyed and the fabric patterns has to be generated by IXCUBE4 -10 and the same will be plotted and CNC cut with automated AERONAUT - Australian machine and welded with 20kw high frequency welding machine with welding size of 40mm width x 500 mm length with European Technology.. The corner pockets will be filled with PVC Kedars/GI Ropes, G.I corner plates, turn buckels, etc, fixed on to the steel structure by using corroshield fasteners and head covered with weather cap. All joints shall be sealed using weather grade sealants. The roofing shall be cleaned and system shall be handed over to the satisfaction of engineer in charge. Details: Tensile Fabric including with MS Truss work as per the drawing using MS structural members as instructed by the departmental officers, for main members and cross members. The truss shall be fabricated using necessary gusset plate, cleats, purlins, etc., as directed. The cost includes cost of all materials, labour, incidental, welding charges, electrical power required for fabrication and erection and labour charges for erection etc., and with Finishing the MS Structure with one coat of powder and two coats of Powder coats best of approved quality, colour and brand to be approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works over the existing red oxide primer including preparation of surface including cost of bruses, high scaffolding charges neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the wall with two coats of ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first quality of approved colour over priming coat of plastic emulsion paint over plastered surfaces including through scraping, clean removal of dirt etc complete and including necessary plaster of Paris patty wherever required.( For inside and outside of the structure)

Dismantling removing and carefully stacking Plain cement Concrete complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in postion best quality PVC soil/waste pipes of various dia having 6 Kg/Sq.cm pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC/MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screwsa etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings dismantling masonry /RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications.(The PVC pipe should be approved from the Departmental officer before use on works. the rate is inclusive of pipe specials).

Supplying and fixing of PVC Nahani Trap not less than 75mm 4 way / 2 way (Superior variety) having minimum of water seal of 50mm confirm to relevant I.S. specifications with its latest amendments including resting on the bed of brick jelly concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of sand of ten of 40 mm gauge brick jelly) etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers (The PVC Nahani Trap should be got approved from the EE before use)
