Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of trusses with structural steel members like angle iron, MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purline all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts, nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan, The rate should include the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of anti corrosive nut brown colour paint etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Design, Supplying Fabricating, and erecting pre-Engineered roof system rafter /builtup section with TCT colour coated galvalume sheets building area= 647/965 sqm (15.15 M width X 42.70/63.70M length ) width =42.70/63.70M (O/o of RCC column ) clear eaves height =7.50 M from FFL bay spacing =Not less than 9.0 m Gable end = Along grid line - only purlins will be anchored in the brick wall anchor bolts fixed on top of RCC columns roofing sheet =0.47 MM TCT colour coated galvalume brick wall =Full height @ all around the building slope -1:10 Flashings= As per roof sheets crimp sheet = Along both side main wall (42.70/63.70) Canopies = 4/6 Nos .of 7.00 M length X 3.0M Projection " sky light =6% of the roof area with Embossed clear poly carbonite sheets with U.E Protection no.of rafters=4/7 Rafters no.of columns =10/14X2=20/28 RCC Main columns For the above works foundation bolts ,skilled manpower,necessary tools, equipments,power supply , water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the material shall be duly obtained by the contractor. Design criteria :- Dead load =0.10 KN/ m2 Live load =0.57 KN/ m2 Wind speed =200 Km/hour Service load on roof = 0.05 KN / m2 Material Specification ;- primary members/ built up sections are made from hot rolled plates confirming to IS 2062 A & B Grade 50 steel.The plates are joined together by ASTM A-36 specifications. All the secondary member's i.e, purlins are GI purlins All primary steel members will be supplied with two coats of enamel painting over one coat of primer . The Rate is inclusive of Anchor bolts ,Rafter,GI Purlins ,sag roads ,brachings,Roofing sheets with Accessories connecting Fasteners,sky light and canopies and payment will be made only measured roof area.
