BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5 (one cement, five sand) using best quality country bricks of size 8 ¾”x 4¼”x 2¾” for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. In foundation and basement.

Supply and fixing in position of best Indian make white / colour glazed eartherware lipped mouth flat back urinal of best quality and approved make of size 430mmx260mmx350mm with GI Pipe, 32mm dia bell mouth PVC Connection and waste pipe, 15mm dia GI Pipe of required length, 15mm dia GM Wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 2 Nos and fixing the urinals in position with necessary TW plugs, Clamps, Screws etc., including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition, etc., including painting the pipe with two coats of best quality approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and checked without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.(The Urinal should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing Brass Chromium plated Towel Rail 600mm Long and 20mm diameter with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs, CP Screws etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by departmental officers.

(The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and applying with two coats of acrylic polymer modified water proof coating of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime iggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, and fixing 110mm dia -4kg/Sqcm of PVC pipes of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC ventilator (Up-plasticized poly vinyl choloride) louvered ventilators of form profile size outer frame 60x58 mm and shutter profile size 60 x78mm both profiles reinforced with GI 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour ) covered with all the edges frame shutters. The corners and joints to be welded and cleaned. Radiation pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided to the louvers. The Ventilator should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws silicon packing round the frames. The Ventilator should got approved from Executive Engineer.

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to windows and ventilators etc using 20mmx6mm angle including cost of MS grill, one of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete complying with Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 110mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing PVC ventilating shaft of 110mm dia (having working pressure 4 kg. / sq.cm) with 3 metre height including cost of PVC cylindrical cowl of best approved quality etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the flooring with Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with colour designed glazed tiles of size 300mmx200mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing Galvalume sheet roofing with 0.47 mm thick of fully corrugated of approved colour and quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and roofing with Galvalume sheet ridge pieces of size 2.40M x 0.6M, 047mm thick with necessary U or J bolt and nuts G.I washers etc., complete For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site).

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly carbonate sheet of size 3m x 1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in between the colour coated Galvalume sheet for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading ,unloading and transportation charges etc., complete
