Supplying and fixing (under lintel grove) cold rolled ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 gauge 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece interlocked together with specially designed pipe shaft with adequate number of high tensile steels wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories without workmanship and the entire shutter painted with two coats of best quality anti-corrosive nut brown color paint over one coat of red oxide primer and clear opening of 1.8 M width 2.60 M height . The rolling shutter shall be placed below the lintel and behind the RCC curtain slab of 7.5 cm thick and 45 cm depth. Each rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S.6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position. Supplying and fixing of Steel glazed AIR INLET WINDOWs of size 0.6m x 0.6m using extruded angles (Z-section) alround for frame with centre mullion (T-section) and shutter with the same Z-section properly fixed with hinges 2 nos. for each shutter. The panel of shutter fixed with G.I. sheet of'18 gauge and necessary locking arrangements including weld mesh cover using weld mesh 25mm x 25mm x 10mm gauge and welded with iron square bars of 10mm size - 3nos. horizontally and 2nos. vertically welded together to form a grill and welding grill to the main frame with 4mm thick and 12mm wide MS flats. The rate is also inclusive of one coat of steel primer and two coats of ANTI CORROSIVE METALLIC paint and quality, 2 nos. 20cm long stays for shutters etc complete (The paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work ) The shutters should open inside.

Supplying and fixing steel N-Type VENTILATOR of size 2.60m x 0.60m using extruded angle (Z-section 25mmx25mmx3mm) for outer frames with center mullion (T-section)and with weld mesh of 25mmx25mm 10guage on all three sides ( 2 verticals 1 horizontal) and 10mm size MS square bars horizontally one at top and one at bottom welded to the frames with necessary MS flats of size 20mmx4mm thick and with necessary FRP plain sheets properly fixed with teakwood fillets MS hold fast 20cm long and necessary ring. The rate shall be inclusive of one coat of steel red oxide primer and two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved quality paint (N-Type Ventilator should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). Undert weld mesh 75x25mm.

Providing vacuum de watered controlled cement surfacing 100mm thick in required slope and chamber confirming M20 grade with 20mm size stone aggregate cast in situ ,smooth finish and leveling with double framed screed vibrator ,excess water to be removed through vacuum pump with bottom and top filter mat duly sealing the edges all round including provisions of polythene sheet below the concrete layer before placing of concrete and finishing with paver floated and power trawler to obtain the hard surface including provision of expansion joints at 6mtr intervals across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealant and adding admixture recron 3S for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50kg of cement with all lead , lift and other incidental works etc..,complete and as directed by the corporation officers (All labour , materials ,tools and plants etc.., including cement by the contractor only)

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Special Plastering for R.C.C works in C.M 1:3 (One cement three sand) 10mm thick including curring etc., complete.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium Anodised natural colour matt finish sliding window in two track in all floors with following sizes. All the three shutters with sliding arrangements the bottom section should have gutter arrangements so as to drain the water entering and made with extruded aluminium section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such as rubber beeding. Necessary dismantling making necessary holes in RCC columns, Beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. The Aluminium surfaces should be anodised with matt finish under electrically condition in accordance with IS specification 1868/1962 of Anodic thickness of not less than 15 microns (fifteen) for all sections . All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before fixing as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator of size 600 mm x 600 mm with outer frame section with 62 x 38 x 2 mm at 1.174 Kg / m and the louvered with moving arrangements made with aluminium channel of size 60 x 30 x 4 mm at 1.274 Kg / m aluminium clips 19.05 x 17.27 / 11.05 x 0.075 mm at 0.169 Kg / m with necessary 4 mm thick plain glass panel for louvers including cost of all materials, labour and power required for fabrications, chipping dismantling making holes in RCC masonry and made good to the original condition after fixing etc complete. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI Specification 1868 / 1962 for anodic film thickness of not less than 15 micron etc complete.

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to special windows and ventilators etc using 20mmx6mm angle including cost of MS grill, one of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete complying with Standard Specification and as directed.

Fabricating supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish of single leaf door with half paneled with 12mm thick both side laminated particle bord at bottom and half glazed using 5.50mm thick plain glass at top. Painting the walls with two coats of interior oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost of distemper, primer, cleaning, scrabbing the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges etc., complete, complying standard specification and as directed. ( The quality and colour of oil bound distemper should got approved by the Executive Engineer before use.)

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of Cement paint over one coat of primer of approved quality including preparing the existing surface, cost of all materials, labour charges scaffolding finishing neatly etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing RCC fencing post with RCC 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm stone jelly to the required length 15cmx15cm top and bottom including cost of moulding charges and including cost of steel and fabrication charges finishing, curing as per standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers. Supplying and fixing of Rotary Ventilators over the roof with necessary bolt and nut arrangement to withstand the wind velocity as specified by the departmental officers. (Size 600mm x 600mm)

Paving the flooring with premium grade designed double charged vertified Tiles of size 600x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the flooring with Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 305mmx200mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of 20mm thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc, complete complying with standard specification and as direct.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 20 mm dia 10Kg per sq.cm of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Providing and laying WBM Gr III 75mm compacted thickness by using 1 cum of 63mm to 11.20mm IRC metal and conveyance of all material from approved quarry to worksite and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the department officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines binding with required quantity of gravel for forming edge bunds watering with all leads for good water slurring rolling and consolidation by power roller and finished as per MORD 405 inculding hire and fuel charges etc.,complete for top layer.

Supplying and laying of profiled colour galvalume sheet with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and roofing with Galvalume sheet ridge pieces of size 1.00M x 0.7M, 0.47mm thick with necessary U or J bolt and nuts G.I washers etc., complete For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate sheet of size 3mx1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary G.I screws and EPDM rubber washers, Complying with standard specification and as direct and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading unloading and transportion charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating, hoisting and erection of ROOF TRUSSES PURLINS AND WIND BRACING with structural steel member like angle and channel iron and M.S.plates for all truss, purlin members including all cutting drilling holes, and welding and fixing of member with necessary bolts and nuts, of approved quality and hoisting, aligning and placing the trusses in position etc., complete the trusses will be manufactured as per the detailed plan. The rate should include the cost of painting with one coat of red oxide primer with two coats of best quality of aluminium paint over priming coat.
