Supplying and roofing with ASBESTOS CEMENT CORRUGATED SHEETS including fixing of ridges complete including the costs of U’ of J’ bolts and nuts, bitumen and G.I. washers and cutting the sheet to the required the sizes if necessary and white washing the inner side of the AC sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by Corporation officers.

Labour Charges for realignment of existing AC Corrugated sheets including fixing of ridges, cost of U’ of J’ bolts and nuts, bitumen and G.I. washers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and roofing with A.C RIDGES including the costs of U’ of J’ bolts and nuts, bitumen and G.I. washers including cutting the sheet to the required size if necessary and white washing the inner side of the AC ridges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

Servicing the existing Rolling shutter of size 1.80 m x 2.60 m in good condition including labour charges for servicing Greasing, Changing the damaged leaf portion, tempering the spring and Changing the damaged bearing and damaged shaft etc., complete as directed. by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M.SAND in layers of 150mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-200 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/M3 and mazimum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improvement workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cum)5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.7 Cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement gril and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, cutting etc., and Providing fixtures like fan clams in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specfication and as directed the departmental officers. The coarse and five aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of 15 Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials. In Ground floor upto 4.50M height above basement.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Column and sunshade.,

Supplying and fixing RCC fencing post of size 15cm x 15 cm at top and bottom, 2.40 m long with RCC 1:2:4(One cement, two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement, finishing, curing, aligning in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing RCC fencing post of size 15cm x 15 cm at top and bottom, 1.80 m long with RCC 1:2:4(One cement, two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement, finishing, curing, aligning in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing chain link fencing of size 2”x2” using 10 Gauge Galvanised iron wire as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 8mm RTS rod for anchorage to chainlink fencing including cost of cutting, welding, labour charges, bolts and nuts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with one coats of Exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of primer. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing NP3 class of RCC pipe of 900mm dia confirming to IS 458/2003 including cost of pipe, cost of all other incidental charges, testing charges, loading and unloading conveyance and delivery in good condition at work site etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of M.S Gate of size 6Mx1.80M in two leaves with B Class pipe of size 50mm dia pipe alround and 15cm dia pipe vertically at 15cm intervals including fixing of 18 gauge M.S.Sheet at bottom / middle of gate 50cm height including cost of all furniture fittings, aligning, fixing in position with two coats of anti corrosive metallic nut brown colour paint over one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
