REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Column footing, Plinth beam and sill beams, RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

Providing GRANOLYTHIC FLOOR FINISH of 40 mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand and four stone jelly) using 6mm to 12mm size hard broken granite stone jelly including curing, neat finishing etc., as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification in all floors.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position fully glazed STEEL WINDOWS/VENTILATORS with openable frames and shutters. Outer frame and shutter frame shall be made out of steel section conforming to I.S.7452 / 1990. The outer frames and shutter frames of the ventilators shall be made cut of 'Z' angle sections. (F.7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3mm, millions shall be made out of (F.4B) 'U' section of size 46 x 25 x 3 mm and conforming to IS 7452 / 1990. Shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars shall be made of 'T' section (T2) of size 25 x 22 x 3mm and M.S. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, 3mm pin headed glass is used for flazing with good quality teak wood beading of size 15 x 12mm with screws for fixing.2 Nos of sturdy inches and one number of handle cum latch of special type are fitted in each shutter, 4 nos of 50 x 50 x 6mm angle holdfast of 30 cm length to be welded to outer frames at appropriate point. All the members of the Ventilator frames / shutter frames shutter frames shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour ) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The ventilator should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on work).

Supplying and fixing of CRCA Pressed steel box section 18 Gauge or 1.25 mm thick for DOOR FRAMES of size 100mm x 60mm including providing holes & fixing wooden blocks for fixing furniture & fittings etc.,without bottom,with necessary rebate of 30/15mm to house the shutters using cold rolled steel plate confiriming to ISI specification including rigid butt joint,nut and bolt assembly with nylon inserts not to be welded with special purpose hardware pre cleaned including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer and ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary chippings and holes in RCC columns,beams masonry etc.,wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.in all floors.(With red oxide primer)

Supplying and fixing in position of Medium Density Fiber board (MDF) flush shutters with exterior of nominal thickness of 38mm single or double shutter of any size conforming to ISS 12406 with necessary rebate cutting external lipping all round with latten dried soft wood including the cost of required aluminium anodized furniture fittings with necessary aluminium and chromium plates screws and the shutter fixed to the rebate in position etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officers. before use on work)

Supply and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19 mm MS square tubes for style & outer frames 15 mm MS square tubes for top, lock & bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5 mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The overall size fo styles shall be 50 mm x 50 mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75 mm x 30 mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50 mm s 45 mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter. etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(with frame)

Waste water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waste coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with I.S.I. mark and necessary G.I. Union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Connection, 15mm Gun metal wheel valve, fixing the Urinal to the wall in position with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws, white lead etc., including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition, fixing the 15mm dia G.I. pipe connection and wheel valve, painting the pipe with two coats of approved paint over one coat of primer and checked without any leakage.Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Urinal should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work)

Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved quality of size 580mm x 440 mm with 'P' or 'S' trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brick jelly concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two M.sand and five brick jelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.I. soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
