Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors. Complete complying with standard specfication and as directed by the departmental officers..

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS, top and bottom slabs of boxing, sunshades, RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for the including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections whereever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Flooring with scratch proof premium grade Double charged VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.008 m in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20 mm thick of Jet Black with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., (The Granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the departmental officersconcerned before use on work etc., (Including nosing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

DADOOING THE WALLS with Designed GLAZED TILES of SIZE 300 x 200 x 6mm of best approved quality like Johnson or equivalent make laid in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two P.sand) and pointing with the same white cement neatly to full depth of tiles in all floors etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The colour of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before execution).

Cement concrete 1:8:16 (one cement eight M.sand and sixteen aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly 20mm for DUMMY COLUMNS excluding cost of centering and steel etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (cement concrete 1:2:4 for slabs to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in cement concrete 1:8:16 and dummy columns should be at least 1.00m height). (Second Floor)

Providing GRANOLYTHIC FLOOR FINISH of 40 mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand and four stone jelly) using 6mm to 12mm size hard broken granite stone jelly including curing, neat finishing etc., as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification in all floors.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305x305x7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three M.sand ) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles, Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound)

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc. Complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying and fixing of CRCA Pressed steel box section 18 Gauge or 1.25 mm thick for DOOR FRAMES of size 100mm x 60mm including providing holes & fixing wooden blocks for fixing furniture & fittings etc.,without bottom,with necessary rebate of 30/15mm to house the shutters using cold rolled steel plate confiriming to ISI specification including rigid butt joint,nut and bolt assembly with nylon inserts not to be welded with special purpose hardware pre cleaned including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer and ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary chippings and holes in RCC columns,beams masonry etc.,wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.in all floors.(With powder coated primer)

Supplying and fixing in position of Medium Density Fiber board (MDF) flush shutters with exterior of nominal thickness of 38mm single or double shutter of any size conforming to ISS 12406 with necessary rebate cutting external lipping all round with latten dried soft wood including the cost of required aluminium anodized furniture fittings with necessary aluminium and chromium plates screws and the shutter fixed to the rebate in position etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying laying and jointing various diameter of PVC PIPES (Like Finolex or equivalent) and best variety conforming to I.S.S. and with I.S.I. mark including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition including cost of special clamp with screws nails teak wood plugs and any other accssories necessary for fixing in position etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

PAINTING NEW WOOD WORKS with TWO COAT of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour OVER A PRIMING COAT with approved quality of white primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

WHITE WASHING TWO COATS using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us on work.)

PAINTING the wall surface using best quality of TWO COAT of Exterior Emulsion Paint of the approved colour and quality as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us on work).

Supplying and fixing of 10 mm thick Plain GYP BOARD FALSE CEILING using G.I. intermediate channel at interval not exceeding 1.10 m using G.I. ceiling angles and ceiling sections at 610mm center along with the pheripheri with 10mm thick tapered edged Gyp board jointed to fiber tape and finishing two coat of putty using plaster of paris and finishing with one coat of primer and two coat of super white plastic emulsion with roller finish etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, applying and finishing the old/new wall surfaces with two coat of plaster of paris putty (white) / colour using best quality colouring pigments. Putty surfaces should be finished smoothly with emery paper as required by the departmental officers etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of CUDDAPAH SLABS of 38mm to 40mm thick of best and approved quality for the flooring / working platform in C.M. 1:3 mix and pointing the same Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying laying and jointing of UPVC Pipes of approved quality and best variety conforming to ISS and with ISI Mark of various diameter including cutting,threading and fixing of UPVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak wood plugs, pvc clamps and screws making the good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work and plastering wherever necessary scaffolding charges etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
