Supplying and filling of GRAVEL in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticizer / super Plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors. Complete complying with standard specfication and as directed by the departmental officers..

Supplying and erecting CENTERING including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, Column pedestals, PLINTH BEAM, GRADE BEAMS & SILL BEAMS etc., which require only nominal strutting in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm X 6.50cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (For PLINTH BEAM)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub-base, base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers and as per technical specification clause 406 of MORTH REV-5

Labour charges for finishing the flooring with hydraulic mechanical devices (paver finish) using power ramming and power finishing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying with two-part elastomeric fuel resistance, UV resistant, Non-toxic once cured, resistant to flame, pouring grade liquid polysulphide sealant to fill the expansion joint, control joints in parking area, construction joint in airport runway, tanks, bridges & concrete roads. The sealant shall have elongation min. 450% confirms to ASTM D 412, movement accommodation for butt joiunt 25% & for lap joints 50%. The sealant should meets the requirement of BS 5212, BS 4254 & ISO:11600. Ensure that apply a coat of polysulphide sealent primer @0.5L/m2 to get better adhesion on prepared surface before placing the sealant. The finished cost including surface preparation, filling foam backer rod, applying masking tape on both sides of joint & polysulphide sealant filling on gap completely as per specification. (30 mm width)

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS top and bottom slabs of boxing sunshades etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (For COLUMN & SUNSHADE)

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (For SLAB, BEAM, & LINTEL)

Providing Two Legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts (or) best quality of bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3.00m + 0.5m projection + 0.50m up to ground) the distance between the two rows with being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., in a complete form using coirs and nails etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, facia, canopies, staircase waist slab, steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five P.sand) 12mm thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

FLOORING with scratch proof premium grade Double charged VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grills shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of MS ANGLES of best & approved quality including necessary cutting, bending, welding, transportation and placing in position with proper alignment including one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of barbed wire 2 ply 4 pronged (Galvanised) of 10 gauge including necessary cutting, bending, tying, cost of binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Solid Core Flush Shutters with teakply on one side and commercial ply on other side with teak wook lipping alround 35mm thick including the cost of required aluminium anodized furniture fittings with 3 Nos. for single leaf and 6 Nos. for double leaf, necessary aluminium and chromium plates screws and the shutter fixed to the rebate in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of CRCA Pressed steel box section 18 Gauge or 1.25 mm thick for DOOR FRAMES of size 100mm x 60mm including providing holes & fixing wooden blocks for fixing furniture & fittings etc.,without bottom,with necessary rebate of 30/15mm to house the shutters using cold rolled steel plate confiriming to ISI specification including rigid butt joint,nut and bolt assembly with nylon inserts not to be welded with special purpose hardware pre cleaned including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer and ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary chippings and holes in RCC columns,beams masonry etc.,wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.in floors.(with powder coated primer)

Supplying and fixing of steel ROLLING SHUTTERS with ISI Monogram as per ISI specifications made out of 18 gauge x 75mm lath sections including fixing with curtain bookplate guide channels, rollers and hook cover. The curtain shall be of 18 gauge x 75mm lath sections cut to required size and fixing with heavy C.I. / M.S. clips. The lock plate shall be of 18 gauge M.S.sheet reinforced with 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. Angles at the bottom and fixed with heavy latches and locking arrangements on either side with one handle on either side. The pressed guide channels shall be of 10G M.S. sheet attached to the side brackets with 20mm square brackets shall be of 10G.M.S. plates and C.I.'U' clamps shall be reverted to the side bracket. The roller shall be a heavy C.I. pulley fitted with heavy duty 'c' class steel 40mm pipe and two numbers of high tensile carbon coil springs. The hood cover shall be 0.9mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25 x 25 x 3 mm M.S. angles or gate channel. The rolling shutters in addition to the above shutters have. Note: The measurement of shutter will be for chair opening (or) lath section provided shall be not less than 3 Nos for 2.4m high rolling shutters etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Manually operated)

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality of white cement (KOTTAYAM) in all floors including cost of white cement, brushes, scaffolding charges and any other materials required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder).

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on work.)

PAINTING the wall surface with TWO COAT of Exterior emulsion paint of the approved colour and quality for outside wall surfaces as per specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade, at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officer before use on work)

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and ventilators, iron bars, weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with two coat of approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officer before use on work)

PAINTING NEW WOOD WORKS with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat with approved quality of white primer. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.)
