REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:11/2:3 (One cement one and half M.sand and three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For foundation & basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, and including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4") including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three P.sand) 20 mm., thick in all floors including water proofing compound necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

WHITE WASHING TWO COATS using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

Supplying laying and jointing of Various diameter PVC PIPES of approved quality like FINOLEX or its equilavent and best variety conforming to I.S.S and with ISI mark of various diameter including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to orginal condition including cost of special clamp with screws nails teak wood plugs and any other accessories neceessary for fixing in position etc., Complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessarycable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in thedischarge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. PAINTING the wall surface using best quality of TWO COAT of Exterior Emulsion Paint of the approved colour and quality as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us on work). Complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 x 0.60 m manhole frame and cover of approved pattern at the roof slab and as directed by the departmental officers.

RCC 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half sand and three 20mm size HBG stone ) for the RCC inside ladder including the cost of reinforcement fabrication centering and shuttering,cost of mixing placing of concrete vibrating curing,finishing etc., complete including specification,The RCC Ladder should be made up of 2 ribs of size 0.12m x.0.10 m inner width, the concrete should be of M20, 8mm RTS rods for stirrups at 30cm c/c and 8mm RTS rods for steps with 4 nos of RTS rods as distribution.Complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
