Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, and including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with scratch proof premium grade Double charged VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.008 m in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing of pre construction Anti termite treatment in foundation, back fill treatment , Top surface of plinth filling, treatment along the perimeter of the building, under and alround of column pits, pile caps, wall trenches, and basement excavation, over top of plinth filling at the junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and surroundings of pipes, and conduits etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers with a guarantee of ten years.The plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment.Chemical emulsion / Composition shall be got approved by the departmental officers officers before use on works.

Supplying and fixing of MS ANGLES of best & approved quality including necessary cutting, bending, welding, transportation and placing in position with proper alignment including one coat of red oxide primer etc., Complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Casting and fixing of R.C.C. PRECAST SLABS of 50mm thickness in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand and four metal) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone metal including cost of reinforcement grill in position, cost of moulding and plastering the top side with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 10mm thick curing, finishing, etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of size 500 X 400 mm with a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waste water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waste coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with I.S.I. mark and necessary G.I. Union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing in position of best Belgium Bevelled Edge MIRROR PVC/ Fibre glass framed 5.5mm thick mirror of approved brand and size of 600 x 450 mm fibre glass shelf type with necessary hard board backing and any other accessories necessary for fixing in position, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound)

Supplying and fixing of Collapsible gate with channels of size 20mm width of standard size verticals at 12cm intervals and cross flat of size 20mm x 5mm including cost of rails at top and bottom with M.S 18 gauge sheet folded type to required height from low level with outer side flats of size 50mm x 10 mm and top frame of size 75 x 10mm including all other fittings like handle locking arrangements etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:8:16 (one cement eight M.sand and sixteen aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly 20mm for DUMMY COLUMNS excluding cost of centering and steel etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (cement concrete 1:2:4 for slabs to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in cement concrete 1:8:16 and dummy columns should be at least 1.00m height). (First Floor)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on work. Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder).

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work.)

PAINTING the wall surface with TWO COAT of Weather shield max exterior paint of approved colour as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.)

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door : Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-palsticized polyvinyl chloride (Upvc) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mmx55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm.The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm.The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm The profiles should have co-extruded seats. Hardware : All the hardware like friction stays,handles should be screwed with self tapping screws.The handles,locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outsides. Glazing : The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass /6mm bison lam. Installation : The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees.The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving MS electroplates screws into plug etc.,Complete as directed by the departmental officers.
