Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)

Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign mater;al etc. and lining out complete.

New work (Two or more coats)

Providing, laying `at or near ground factory made kerb stone of M 25 grade cement concrete etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality

M D - 10 Square shape 450 mm internal dimension

Supplying and filling in plinth with Quarry dust under foors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying PVC sheet below steel reinforcement of thickness 125 micron

Supplying and filling in plinth with good earth under floors including rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete. Note: The above are inclusive of all taxes and contractors are requested to inspect the site before submitting the tender .
