Forming embankment by conveying earth from borrowed area outside the complex having CBR Value not less then 10% which has to compacted properly and fomr a stable embankment inlcuding cost, loading and unloading and labour for proper setting out, stripping and storing the top soil, if necessary compacting the original ground by Power roller to have a relative compaction of required proctor density, spreading the materials uniformly over the entire width of embankment in layers of not exceeding 200m compacted thickness, breaking clods, watering with all leads for water compacting to 97% proctor density for the soil below the top of 0.5 meter height of sub grade under optimum moisture content with moisture content adjusted in the range of oner per cent (1%) above and two percent (2%) below the optimum moisture content determined as per IS. 2720 (Part VII) with vibratory roller rolling and other construction equipements approved by Engineer - in charge and finishing the embankment at 97% proctor density including compaction to specified requirement, working in narrow width of embankment including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per MORT & H standard specification for road Embankment with a lead of 5Km. etc., and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Earth filling for the both side of road and the median etc.,complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Construction of Granular Sub - Base (GSB) to the required compacted thickness (Drainage layer) by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Grading- V of Table 400 - 1 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for GSB as per Table 400 - 2 of MORTH Rev.-5 including screening, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, watering and premixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller 80 to 100 KN static weight to achieve the desired density and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc., complete including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lift and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transporation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,hire charges and fuel charges for loader, water tanker with sprinkler,motor grader, vibratory road rollers and all other equipments, tools and plants, safety measures, testing required including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per the standard specification as per clause 401 of MORTH Rev.-5 and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggreates to Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 250mm compacted thickness specification in two layers of 125mm thick each or else as specified on the prepared sub base by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Table 400 - 13 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for WMM as per Table 400 - 12 of MORTH Rev.-5, including pre-mixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed matrerial by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with favours in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev.-5 and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying prime coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 Kg of emulsion bitumen (SS1) per 10 Sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incindetal charges etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5 and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying tack coat over WBM/WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of bitumen emulsion (RS 1) per 10 Sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5 and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thickness Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.40 cum of 37.50 - 13.20 mm IRC size graded metal 0.35 cum of 13.20 - 2.36mm IRC graded metal and 0.36 cum of 2.36mm and below IRC size HBG metal with 71.30 kg of VG 30 bitumen for premixing for 10 Sq.meter includin cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site , heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hoti mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 75mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 8-10 tonnes power roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading the bitumen in bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire,fuel charges for 20-30 tonnes capacity CMP unit bitumen boiler, tipper ttrucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory /Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charegs etc., incidental charegs etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH Rev.5 and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying tack coat over Existing BT surface using 2 Kg of bitumen emulsion (RS 1) per 10 Sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5 and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying 30 mm compacted thickness Bituminous Concrete using 0.13 cum of 19.0 - 9.5 mm graded IRC size HBG metal 0.17 cum of 9.5-2.36mm IRC graded metal and 0.26 Cum. of 2.36 mm and below size graded metal with 50.30 of bitumen grade VG 30/VG40 confirming to IS 73 for pre mixing for 10 Sq. meter and using materials as per table 500 - 17 and staifying the physical requirement for material for course aggregates for BC as per table 500 - 16 of MORTH REV-V including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site , heating the bitumen andaggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveyin the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidation 80-100 kn vibratory/Pneumatic road roller to the required density etc., includinglabour charges for loading the bitumen in bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire, fuel charges for 20-30 tonnes capacity CMP unit bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finaisher/9 m paver finisher /Vibratory/Pneumatice road roller , and all other tools and plants requried, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMPP as per clause 507 OF MORTH REV. specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except soft rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for foundation and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.(For Side drain)

Supplying and filling of stone dust not less than 15 Cm thick including all cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, four of Crushed stone sand and eight of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation using 40mm ISS gauge hard broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of Crushed stone sand and four of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation using 20mm ISS gauge hard broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS Sheets or suitable size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm of boarding, laid over silver oak joints of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by casuriona props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c complying with standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT Officers. (For Vertical surface)

Plastering with CM 1:3 (One of cement and three of crushed stone sand) 20mm thick ISS broken jelly & finished with neat cement including providing band cornice, ceiling cornice, curing scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sq.m. area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH Specification No. 803 and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing of Road stud 100 x 100 mm , diecast in Aluminium resistant to corrosove effect of salt and Grit, fitted with lense reflectors , installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar etc., complete as per BS: 873 (PART-4) 1973 and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying rubber moulded hydraulic pressed paver block 83 mm thick including labour charges for laying etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of RCC Jally of 5cm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm machine crushed stone jelly (excluding cost of reinforcement steel) including cost of mould, finishing, curing, lifting, fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe at an interval pf 10M c/c in drain walls etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Construction of RCC box Culverts- 2 Nos

Earth Work excavation for foundation and narrow cutting in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil. Hard red earth, shales, murram, etc., except hard rock requirring balsting as per SS 20-B and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts etc, complete and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and filling of stone dust not less than 15 Cm thick including all cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Plain Cement Concrete in Mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregate using 40 mm HBG stone jelly including dewatering if found necessary in layers of not more than 15cm thick etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 (Normal mix 1:1 1/2:3) using 20mm and 10mm HBG ISSs stone jelly including cost and conveyance of all required materials at site and all labour charges for mixing concrete, laying, curing, vibrating charges hire charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement grills using M.S. / R.T.S. rods of required sizes of reinforcement for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire,spacer bars, cover blocks, labour charges for unbending of rods, straighteing, cutting, fabricating, tying, lifting, placing in position, overlaping to the required length whereever necessary cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (The steel rods must be Fe 415 grade of any brand with ISI marking and necessary test certicate to be produced before using it at site)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply, delivery and laying of PVC 63mm OD 6kg/cm2 for providing weep holes including cost and conveyance of pipes and labour charges for laying and making the surface in good etc complete at 30cm intervals in 2 rows each side of drain walls etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
