Forming embankment using carted earth with a minimum lead of 25Km. (from borrowed area outside the Industrial Park) having coarse materials of size not exceeding 50mm, 4days soaked CBR value not less than 8%, Plasticity Index less than 25, Liquid limit less than 50 and free swell index less than 50%, including spreading the same as per road level chart, which is to be compacted properly and forming the embankment with the required camber, watering and compaction including the cost of earth, unloading charges, conveyance, spreading the materials uniformly over the entire width of embankment in layers not exceeding 200mm compacted thickness, breaking the clods, watering with all leads for water, compacting with vibratory roller and other construction tools and equipments for achieving minimum 97% of maximum dry density for the soil upto sub grade level and shoulders keeping the moisture content of earth at the time of compaction within the range of 1% above and 2% below the OMC determined as per IS2720 (Part 7) with vibratory roller rolling and other construction Equipments approved by the engineer incharge and finishing the embankment at minimum 97% of maximum dry density and plasticity index value not more than 20 and liquid limit not greater than 40 in accordance with IS 2720 using required capacity rollers to achieve the compaction including hire charges and running charges for vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants and all other incidental charges and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification for forming road embankment as per clause 305 of MORT&H and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying of 315 mm dia. HDPE PN6 class pipe for cable duct arrangements including labour charges for laying at proper levels and locations as directed by Engineer in charge, transportation cost, jointing materilas, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Construction of Granular Sub - Base (GSB) to the required compacted thickness (Drainage layer) by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Grading- V of Table 400 - 1 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for GSB as per Table 400 - 2 of MORTH Rev.-5 including screening, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, watering and premixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller 80 to 100 KN static weight to achieve the desired density and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc., complete including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lift and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transporation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,hire charges and fuel charges for loader, water tanker with sprinkler,motor grader, vibratory road rollers and all other equipments, tools and plants, safety measures, testing required including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per the standard specification as per clause 401 of MORTH Rev.-5 a

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggreates to Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 250mm compacted thickness specification in two layers of 125mm thick each or else as specified on the prepared sub base by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Table 400 - 13 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for WMM as per Table 400 - 12 of MORTH Rev.-5, including pre-mixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed matrerial by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with favours in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev.-5 and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying single coat of low viscosity liquid bituminous material to the absorbent WMM surface using 7.00kg of bituminous emulsion primer having Kinetic viscosity of 30-60 centistokes at 60oC complying with IS 8887 for 10 sq.m. area including cost of bituminous primer, labour charges for preparing the surface to lay the bituminous primer and applying required quantity of bituminuous primer as prime coat by bituminous sprayer etc. Complete as per clause 502 of MORT & H specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying single coat of low viscosity liquid bituminous material using 2.50 Kg of liquid bituminous emulsion complying with ISS 8887 for 10 sqm. area over the WMM surface treated with primer as tack coat, including cost of Bituminuous binder, labour charges for preparing the surface to lay the bituminous binder for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat by bituminous sprayer etc., Complete as per clause 503 of MORT & H specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam specification (to the required compacted thickness as directed by Engineer in charge) using 0.24m3 of 26.50-13.20mm graded metal and 0.25m3 of 13.20-2.36mm graded metal and 0.23m3 of 2.36mm & below metal and 53.20Kg. of bitumen of grade VG-30 coforming to IS:73 for premixing per 10 sq.m. and using material as per Table 500 - 10 (DBM -Top layer) and satisfying the physical requirement for material for coarse aggregate for DBM as per Table 500 - 8 of MORTH Rev.-5 including cost and conveyance of all material to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to the required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100KN vibratory road roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 tonnes CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory road roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORT&H Rev.5.

Providing and laying single coat of low viscosity liquid bituminous materials using 2.00 Kg of liquid bituminous emulsion complying with ISS 8887 for 10 sqm. area over the DBM surface as tack coat, including cost of Bituminuous binder, labour charges for preparing the surface to lay the bituminous primer for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat by bituminous sprayer etc., Complete as per clause 503 of MORT & H specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying 40mm compacted thick Bituminous Concrete (BC) using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm graded metal, 0.17 cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm graded metal and 0.26 Cum. of 2.36 mm and below graded metal with 50.30Kgs. of bitumen of grade VG-30/ VG-40 coforming to IS:73 for premixing per 10sq.m. and using material as per Table 500 - 17 (BC) and satisfying the physical requirement for material for coarse aggregate for BC as per Table 500 - 16 of MORTH Rev.-5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to the required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80-100KN vibratory/pneumatic road roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 tonnes CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/ 9 m paver finsher, vibratory / pneumatic road rollers and all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sq.m. area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH Specification No. 803 and as directed by SIPCOT officers .

Providing and fixing reflective Road studs of category 'B' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / ABS moulded body and reflective panels (bi-convex reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No.RW / NH. 33023/10/97.DO.III dt. 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall supplort a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro - reflectory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORT &H circular and two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.

Filling to the required thickness as directed by Engineer in charge with good quality earth excavated from site and dumped into the median /foot path portion with a minimum lead of 1 Km including spreading charges, watering, including all labour charges, charges for all tools and plants required, cost of water, rolling using hand rollers, levelling etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Painting two coats of black and white bands alternatively each coat separately using black and white enamel paints of approved quality including cost and conveyance of paint, painting articles and utencils, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing Granolithic floor finish 25mm thick with Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 3 to 10mm ISS HBG metal, river sand and including rubbing the top surface smoothly thread lining if found necessary and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers including cost and conveyance of all material and labour, incidental charges, etc. complete.

Construction of RCC Side Drain and Kerb

Earth work excavation for foundation and narrow cutting for side drain work / Culvert Work in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. except hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20-B (HGS SS.20.B.) and depositing the same to the low lying area /median, foot path portion(only good earth to be deposited in median and foot path portion for the required quantity) as directed by Engineer in charge with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Providing and filling quarry dust to the required thickness in layers of not exceeding150mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials, labour etc. to work site including labour charges for filling in layers as specified by the Engineer-in-charge, including levelling, watering with all leads for soft potable water, compaction by manual labour and all other tools and plants, incidental charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, Four sand and Eight aggregate) using 40mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation, flooring bed, dummy columns, mudmat below column footings, Grade beams etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing of concrete, laying, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants including all other incidental charges such as bailing out water for forming protective bunds, coffer dams and shoring, strutting etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (in all heights and all depths)

Supplying and erecting form work for steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto a height of 3.90m in all floors for RCC slabs, beams TEE or EL beams, lintels, stair case beams, side walls etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers. (For vertical surfaces)

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement grills using M.S. / R.T.S. rods of all sizes of reinforcement for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire,spacer bars, cover blocks, labour charges for unbending of rods, straighteing, cutting, fabricating, tying, lifting, placing in position, overlaping to the required length whereever necessary cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (The steel rods must be Fe 415 grade of any brand with ISI marking and necessary test certicate to be produced before using it at site)

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete 1: 1 1/2 : 3 (One cement, One and a half sand and three jelly) using Machine crushed 20mm size Hard Broken granite ISS stone Jelly for all "REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site excluding cost of centering, shuttering, strutting and cost of MS / RTS Reinforcement grills placed in position but including machine mixing of concrete, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, including cost of soft potable water treatment of bearing [(i.e.) Junction of walls / beams and slabs] smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claim for extra and and all labour charges for mixing concrete, laying, curing, vibrating charges, hire charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc. and providing weap holes at 1m interval including cost of PVC pipes if required as directed by SIPCOT officers etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, Two sand and Four Jelly) using 20mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation, flooring bed, dummy columns, mudmat below column footings, Grade beams, Kerbs etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including dewatering wherever necessary well rammed, consolidated etc. complete complying including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing, laying, compacting( Curing with all leads of soft potable water with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. Suppy, delivery and laying of PVC - 110mm O/D - 4 Kg/cm2 - Pipes for providing Weep holes in drains including cost and conveyance of pipes and labour charges for laying and making the surface in good, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Offiers.

B.W in CM 1:3, 11.40cm thick partition wall using fly ash bricks of size 230x110x70mm including curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand), 12 mm thick using river sand for internal/external wall surfaces in all floors with water proofing compound, neatly finishing to line, curing etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour etc., to work site. complete complying with standard specifications (S 1306) and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Colour washing two coats over one coat of white washing ushing best quality freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality approved variety of colouring pigments in all floors including cost of lime, Colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, blue, Scaffolding charges and scrapping, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Engineers. (Mineral Colouring pigments not affected by lime should only be used, Straigners and colour solutions should not be used).

Providing Street Light System

Supply, delivery and erection of 10 metre height Hot Dip Galvanized Octogonal Poles with 140 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 220 x 220 x 16 mm along with 1000 mm long Double/Single arm braket made up of 40 NB GI Pipe, Backeite sheet connectors for fixing of street light fittings including 4 Numbers of M20 mm dia. MS " J "bolts of size 750 mm long top - EN8 grade foundation bolts along with Template for the above poles & Terminals suitable for the same etc., complete. (As per drawing enclosed herewith) (For Single collar pole)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 90 W LED street lights consisting of separate optical and control gear, having IP 65 or better rating, enclosure made of pressure die casting aluminum having toughned glass, Input voltage range of 90 to 270 V AC and Input frequency range of 47 to 63 HZ, PF 0.9 (lag), external surge protection up to 10 K.V. It shall have CRI 70 and color temperature range between 3000 - 6000 deg K. LED chips shall be high power 1 W CREE/ NICHIA OR equivalent having efficiency of not less than 100 lumens / watt and junction temp. not exceeding 85 Deg celsius with life of 50000 hours having warranty not less than 5 years. LEDs should be arranged in combination of series and parallel connections: power electronic circuits shall have protection for short circuit , over voltage, over current and over temperature. Thickness of the fixtures not to exceed 70mm, weight shall not exceed 8 kg etc., the fixtures shall be conforming to Indian standards or International standards CE / UL etc., and all materials used in manufacture shall be RoHS compliant etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing foundation arrangements to the street light poles as per following specifications.

Supply and laying of 3 1/2 x 50 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable with ISI mark in a trench to be excavated/ in the median / foot path portion at a depth of 1m, putting 0.30 m layer of quarry dust and covering three sides of the cable with bricks completely and refilling the earth to make good and as per standard specification. The price shall be inclusive of all end termination,aluminium conductor, jointing as required at the site with necessary jointing materials, charges for transportation, stretching and laying of the cable, earth work excavation, cost and conveyance and providing quarry dust, bricks, refilling of earth to make good etc., complete. Necessary cable brackets shall also be taken into account for the cables to be brought into the feeder pillars and lighting cubicle as per ISI 1554 (Pt.I) etc.complete and as directed by the SIPCOT Officials. Supply, laying and testing of 2 core x 1.50 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.cable conductor cable of 1100 V grade with necessary jointing materials etc., complete including cost and conveyance of cable and labour charges for laying the cable etc. complete complying with appropriate specification / standards and as directed by SIPCOT Officers etc. complete. As per (SD 64)

Laying and testing of 4 core x 16.00 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.cable conductor cable of 1100 V grade with necessary jointing materials etc., complete including cost and conveyance of cable and labour charges for laying the cable etc. complete complying with appropriate specification / standards and as directed by SIPCOT Officers etc. complete. as per (SD 203)

Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth elctrode of 2.5 m class "B" GI Pipe of dia not less than 40 mm with copper earth plate of size 125 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necesssary masonry work and with 38 mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry with appropriate specification / standards and as directed by SIPCOT Officers. As per (SD 234)

Providing Water Supply Line

Supply and delivery, lowering, laying and jointing and testing following pipes DI K7 etc. complete including earth work excavation to the required size and as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officials (150mm dia DI-K7 pipe)

Supply and Delivery of various size of CI/DI specials required at site suitable for pumping main confirming to IS standards etc. complete and as directed by the SIPCOT Officials (100mm spigot and Flanged Tail piece)

Supply and delivery of following sizes of CI D / F valves for nominal pressure, scour valves, air valves suitable for operating with CI handle and key rod etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers. (100mm dia sluice valve)

Construction of Masonry valve pit for sluice valves, scow valves and air valves for fixing the valves including earth work excavation refilling wherever necessary cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 40mm HBG metal for levelling course brick work in CM 1:5 for side wall, plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick, RCC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG stone jelly for cover slabs, providing cut stones in CM 1:3 including supply, fabrication and placing in position of RTS grill including centering shuttering changes and fixing surface box, valves and specials in position, refilling the sides of the pits etc., Complete and as directed by the SIPCOT Officials.
