Removing the top soil including earth work excavation in all classes of soils, removal of weeds and vegetation, roots etc., and depositing in the places shown by the SIPCOT Officers etc., complete and as per the standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers etc.,

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B inlcluding cost of all labour charges, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges, including compacting with power roller, watering, including all hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants, removal of other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavation back filling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per standard specification. For making up of low berms with conveyace.

Supply and spreading of well gravel for side berms including cost and conveyance to work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for premeasurement including hire charges for tools and plants and labour charges for spreading etc.complete with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Construction of Granular Sub -Base (GSB) to the required compacted thickness (Drainage layer) by providing approved coarse graded material conforming to Grading-V of Table 400-1 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for GSB as per Table 400-2 of MORTH Rev-5 including screening, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, watering and premixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller 80 to 100 KN static weight to achieve the desired density and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc., complete including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lift and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transportation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges and fuel charges for loader, water tanker with sprinkler, motor grader,vibratory road rollers and all other equipments, tools and plants, safety measures, testing required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the standard specification as per clause 401 of MORTH Rev-5 and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 250 mm compacted thickness specification in two layers of 125mm thick each or else as specified on the prepared sub base by providing approved coarse graded material conforming to Table 400 -13 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for WMM as per table 400-12 of MORTH Rev-5 including pre-mixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with favours in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Prime Coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS type) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause - 502 over WMM/ WBM etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS -1 Type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg per Sq.m on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surfaces treated with primer etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Providing and Laying 75 mm consoildated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam specification (to the required compacted thickness as directed by engineer in charge) using 0.40 m3 of 37.50-13.20mm, graded metal and 0.35 m3 of 13.20 - 2.36 mm graded metal and 0.36 m3 of 2.36 mm & below metal and 71.30 kg of bitumen of grade VG-30 conforming to IS:73 for premixing per 10 sq.m and using material as per table 500-10 (DBM-Bottom layer) and satisfying the physical requirement for material for coarse aggregate for DBM as per Table 500 - 8 of MORTH Rev-5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant in 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform compacted thickness of 75 mm with mechanicalpaver to the specified grades and compaction by 80-100 KN viboratory road roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonnes capacity CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,pneumatic tyre roller, vibratory road rollers and all others tools and plants required, including all other incidential charges etc., complete as per specification using CMD as per clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying single coat of low viscocity liquid bituminous materials using 2.00 kg of liquid bituminous emulsion complying with ISS 8887 for 10 sq.mm area over the DBM surface as tack coat, including cost of bituminous binder, labour charges for perparing the surface to lay the bituminous primer for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat by bituminous sprayer etc.,complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying 40mm compacted thickness bituminous concrete(BC) using 0.13 cu.m of 19.00-9.50mm graded metal, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm and below graded metal with 50.30 kgs of bitumen of grade VG-30/ VG-40 conforming to IS:73 for premixing per 10 sq.m and using material as per table 500-17 (BC) and satisfying the physical requirement for material for coarse aggregate for BC as per Table 500-16 of MORTH Rev-5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to the required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consoildated by 80-100KN vibratory / pneumatic road roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonnes CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/ 9m paver finisher, pneumatic road rollers and all other tools and plants required including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 X 100mm dia cast in Aluminium resistent to corrosive effect of salt and frift , fitted with lens reflections instaled in concrete asphalitic surface by drilling hole 30mm upto a depth of 60mm and bodded in suit etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Safety, caution and mandatory sign boards : Supply & fixing of Retro reflective sign boards made out of wide angle cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D4956-09 & as per IRC 67-2012 specification fully covered over 4mm thick alumuimun composite panel sheet & back support frame of 25x25x3 mm mild steel andgel and 1 nos of vertical post of 50 mm OD 304 grade stainless steel pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation of sand filling 100mm PCC 1:4:8; 450 x 450 x 100 mm and M15 cement concrete 450 x 450 x 300 mm above ground level. CONSTRUCTION OF RCC DRAIN

Earth work excavation in all soils (HSG SS20B) except in hard rock requiring blasting for culvert with initial lead and lift including the conveyance of excavated earth in low lying areas with a lead of 1 Km in places as shown by the SIPCOT Officers etc. complete with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M.Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement and four sand and Ten hand broken stone) using 40 mm HBG metal as per standard specification and as directed By SIPCOT officials

Providing form work for sides & soffits of all RCC work including strutting 3 meter high using mild steel sheets BG 10 gauge of size 90 Cm x 60 Cm stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10 Cm x 5.5 Cm spaced at about 90cm center to center and supported by casurina props of size 10 Cm to 13 Cm dia spaced at about 75 Cm center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers for vertical surface.

Providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (one cement and oneand half sand and Three hand broken stone) using 20mm HBG ISS stone jelly including cost and convevance of all required materials at site and all labour charges for mixing concrete, laying, curing, vibrating charges hire charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers.

Supply Fabrication and placing in position of M.S./R.T.S. grills including cost of building wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOTofficers.

Supply, delivery and laying of PVC 63mm OD 6kg/cm2 for providing weep holes in drain including cost and conveyance of pipes and labour charges for laying and making the surface in good condition etc complete at 30cm intervals in 2 rows each side of drain walls etc. as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and fixing of 100mm DI PN 10 flanged pipes as per IS 8329/2000 for water supply. The rate inclusive of excavation, fixing, material, including cost of Rubber Gasket for jointing refilling cutting dismantling masonry/ RCC works wherever found necessary and making good dismantled portion to the original condition, if any etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and delivery of various size of specials required at site suitable for pumping main confirming to IS Standards etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers.

Painting two coats of black and white bands alternatively each coat seperately using black and white enamel paint of approved quality including cost and conveyance of paint, painting articles and utencils, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers
