Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five M.sand and ten stone jelly) using of 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc., complete with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand and four broken machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG machine crushed stone jelly of size 20mm gauge for founding and basement including de-watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15Cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, one point five M.sand and three broken machine crushed stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works such as slabs, beams, footings, staircase waist slabs, steps, landing beams fins, boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other similar works including laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

a) For Foundation and Basement

b) For Super Structure in Ground Floor up to 4.50m ht.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed star steel rods for all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

a) For column footing plinth beam bed blocks templates staircase, steps piers raft beam raft slab etc.,

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

a) For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

b) For Plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using fly ash bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

a) Foundation and Basement

Brick work in CM 1:6 using fly ash bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

a) Super Structure in Ground Floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC Slabs, sunshade, canopies, staircase steps, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three P.sand] 10mm thick including hacking the surface and providing cement mortar noising, beading as per size specified wherever necessary using the same mix etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters with ISI mark shall be of pull and push type made out of 18/Gx3’ lath sections which consists of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below; Curtain; Shall be of 18/Gx3’ lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron/ M.S. Clips for 8’0”[2.45m] high rolling shutter lath sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock Plate; Shall be 10 G.M.S.Sheet reinforced with 40mmx 6mm M.S angles at the bottom and fitted with heavy latches of 12mm thick locking arrangements on either sides. There should be on handle on either side Guide channel; Pressed guide channels shall be of 10 G.M.S.Sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be of 10 G.M.S.Plate and cost iron ‘U’ clamps shall be reveted to the side brackets Roller; Shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty C’ Class 40mm steel pipes and high tensile high carbon coil springs-2 springs shall be supplied. Supplying and fixing of Hood Cover; Shall be of 0.9mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mm x 25mm x 3mm M.S. angle or gate channel. The rolling shutter in addition to the above should have pulling hook and shall be coated with heavy coat of zinc chromite primer. The above specifications for various components of rolling shutter shall be invariably followed and verified with the rolling shutters supplied by the firms at site. If the rolling shutters supplied do not confirm to the above specifications, the concerned firms should be asked to replace the shutter or supply the missing components.

a) Gear operated type (from 8m2 to 12m2 area)

Manufacturing and supplying and fixing in position of ‘N’ type ventilators of required size made out of 25x25x5mm MS “L” angles frames alround the ventilator. MS TEE of 25x25x5mm to be fixed in between the frames at 30cm intervals. Hold fast to be used 25x25x5 mm “L” angles 23 cm length 4 Nos 3mm pin headed glass to be fixed in-between the angles by using teak wood beadings of size 15x12 mm with screw, washer and nut wherever necessary. In the inclined portion, ”1x1” weld mesh to be embedded by using 25x5 mm Flat at 30cm centre to centre 12mm sq steel rods to be fixed horizontally between the frames in vertical portions at 10cm centre to centre (Approximate). The rate inclusive of transporting charge, dismantling, redoing to the original condition, one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of trusses with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlines all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary the welding should be done with submerged are welding to full length. The rate inclusive of the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and Zinc Chromite etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing colour Gal valume sheet roof of 0.47mm thick and steel tubler box section of 100mmX50mmX3mm of 1 metre interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of Gal volume sheet ridge pieces approved quality with necessary U or J bolts and nuts GI washers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Groove cutting in flooring concrete for 10mm width and 20mm depth and filling the groove with combination of Anabond Tuffseald 2G and bitumen tar including cost of all materials and labours etc., complete.

Providing Pre construction of Anti termite Treatment for the Construction of building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment, spraying chemicals and other incident charges etc.,complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite moulds, making holes with crow bars at an interval of 30 cm to a depth of 50 cm in the pheriphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313 (Part 2) 2001. The antitermite chemical chloropyriphos 20 EC used should form 0.5% concentrate for the entire operation etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge and including cost of chemicals labour transportation etc.,

Stage 1: Spraying Anti termite treatment chemical solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete at bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage 2: Spraying Anti termite treatment chemical solution to the grade beam level, spraying has to be done for the grade beam, brick masonry in the super structure in contact with back fill earth. Stage 3: Spraying Anti termite treatment chemical solution on Sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete; the treatment has to be carried out on the M Sand filling in basement and after leveling operation is over. Stage 4: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution around the building on outside by making crow bar holes at an interval of 15cm to a depth of 30cm before laying the plinth projection. These holes have to be closed after the treatment.

Vacum dewatering on freshly laid and thoroughly vibrated concrete surface to produce a homogeneous and smooth concrete surface. Suction mat shall be spread over the leveled fresh concrete surface and shall be connected by suction house to the vaccum pump for dewatering of surplus water in the concrete. After dewatering is complete, the concrete surface is troweled with minimum two passes to achieve a wear resistance concrete surface.

Painting the walls with two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint (Exterior) of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes,sand paper, plaster of parries putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the executive engineer before use on works)

(22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point
