Supply of Elevator

Design, fabrication, supply of electric traction type with machine room type , 2 Tonne Cargo Stainless steel elevator (including freight & landing charges,insurance and all applicable taxes and duties in country of origin and in India etc.) and type suitable for operation on 415 V±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency micro-processor type traction control, speed of 0.5 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simplex mode operation, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to Purcahsers's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at initial landing floor, LCD/LED car positions and direction indication in car and landings. and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, shaft wiring and lighting with accessories,brailiy buttons,audio announcement along with prerecorded message as approved by Engineer-in-Charge along with minor civil works such as grouting of structures , core cutting, brick/block works, plastering, painting etc.The traction motor of machine room elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the Machine room complete as per technical specification. Having automatic centre/side opening SS door with vision panels, stainless steel car enclosure provided with stainless steel handrails on two sides as applicable in accordance of following details:-4 stops & 4 openings and entrance & exit at same side and suitable for travel height of 16.2 mtrs. (Shaft Size 2580mm (width) x 2760mm (depth) ) with door opening of 1700 mm (width) and 2100 mm (height) . The equipment should be BMS compatible.All electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided in last landing near the elevator door.All fabrication and procedures shall confirm to relevant IS standards.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Elevator
