Description : Distmantling the existing old north light wired glasses including removing the 03 beedings. MS clamps bolt and nuts including adjacent AC sheets roofing with out dameging them with all lesd lift etc. Complete and stacking of AC sheets at nominated locations as directed by the Engineer in charge.( All labour, tools and plants,loadind and leading transfort vehicle and unloading at nominated locations and any other incidental charges if necessary are to be borne by the Tender/ Contractor only).

Supply and fixing in position of PVC rain water down pipe of 160 mm diameter and 4 5 kgf/sqcm pressure including bends, coupling etc. conforming to specials as required and clamping with stanchions, jointing with gutters to make leak proof joint as per plan, duly removing the existing corroded/damaged existing rain water down pipes of any materials and handling over the same to SSE/BRI/PER including stacking and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (All labour, materials by the tenderer/contractor only)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of 3.15 mm thick galvanized MS gutter duly shearing, bending of plates to correct shape and size as insturcted by the Engineer-in-charge, drilling 8mm holes or welding as per site condition for the fixing the sheets together and shearing of holes for fixing the nozzle of rain water down pipes. The sheared and bent sheets should be acid cleaned and then not dipped galvanized 120 2 microns. the gutters should be erected in correct position to suit the existing condition duly removing the existing corroded gutter and refixing the lowest row of AC sheets with all GI fixing accessories etc, while removing the existing gutter the North light glass also to be removed and refixed the same if necessary, complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. (All labour, bolts, nuts, clips for fixing gutters Tools & Plants, leading and lifting, conveyance for stacking the released materials at nominated locations should be borne by the contractor/ Tenderer only(Note: Necessary power supply for welding/cutting work will be supplied free of coat at shop floor)
