Supply of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE Pipe with associated collars etc. as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 or latest anti-rodent & anti-oxidant and non flame propagating type in 6 meters straight length and of size 120 mm outer dia,& 103.5 mm inner dia. 4 (The manufacturers,suppliers must produce valid IS license and should be certified under ISO 9000 and shall submit copy of certificate). One of the following coupling arrangements should also be supplied with each pipe as per the site requirement. 1) Suitable snap fit coupler with rubber 'O-Ring 2) Spacers 3) Tees 4) Bend, 5) Endcap (The total quantity of above items is equal to no. of pipes supplied.) DWC pipe shall be marked at every 1 mtr length in such a way that manufacturer's name, vender name and year of manufacture can be easily identified. ( Inspection by Consignee) .

Supply of cable PVC insulated,armoured,unscreened ,under ground Railway signalling copper cable of size 24CX1.5 sq mm as per specification no. IRS:S-63/2014 (Rev 4.0) or latest. (Inspection by RDSO)

"Alteration in existing EI (M/s Hitachi make of model no. microlok-II includes 1) Redesigning of Application Logic (For full station) as per approved SIP & TOC. 2) Redesigning of Interface Circuits (For full station) as per approved SIP & TOC. 3) The above circuits shall be prepared by contractor in AUTOCAD 2000 or latest in A3 size. Initially contractor has to submit one set of hard 3 copy for checking and approval. (All drawings including As mades shall be given for full station) 4) Contractor to arrange for Factory Acceptance Test of EI System. 5) Contractor to arrange for Site Acceptance Test of EI System. 6) On successful FAT & SAT contractor to arrange for Installation, Testing & Commissioning of EI System as per approved SIP &TOC 7) After execution of the work, one- copy of the ""As made"" check print along with ALC (service version as uploaded at station) shall be submitted for checking. 8) The final negatives shall be made in tracing sheet (80 to 90 GSM) and submitted to Rly for approval. 9) On approval of "ASMADE", the contractor shall submit Six sets of documents duly making neatly bound booklets along with the negatives (Tracing sheets & Reproduction film). Out of 6 sets, 2 sets of drawings and other plans shall be kept in transparent plastic cover (Two sheets back-to-back in one plastic cover) and hand over to Railways. 10) Contractor has to submit the final AUTOCAD drawing, approved circuits in PDF, ALC files, VDU files, MT files as commissioned at site, DL bit list, FAT files, and other soft copies as per the make of EI system in Pen drive/SSD."
