The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to Railway Signaling Work of EI or PI or RRI in Passenger Carrying system. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The advertised value of the tender is 14525057.92. To calculate the amounts: (i) 30% of 14525057.92 = 4357527.376, (ii) 40% of 14525057.92 = 5810023.168, (iii) 60% of 14525057.92 = 8715054.752. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to submit an undertaking from RDSO Approved EI OEM to confirm compliance with extant RDSO guidelines and to meet contract-specific requirements.

Out of 6 sets, 2 sets of drawings and other plans shall be kept in transparent plastic cover (Two sheets back- to-back in one plastic cover) and hand over to Railways. 5) Contractor has to submit the final, ALC files, VDU files, MT files as commissioned at site, DL bit list, FAT files, and other soft copies (AUTOCAD drawing format, & approved circuits in PDF format) as per the make of EI system in CD/Pen drive.
