The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Site Engineer with B.E., (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. The bidder should have one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience in Civil Engineering works or not less than one Retired Sub- Divisional Officers plus one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering or Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with three and five years experience respectively for works valued between Rs.10.00 Lakhs to 25.00 Lakhs. For works valued between Rs.25.00 lakhs to Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience or not less than one Retired Sub- Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, Or Assistant Divisional Engineer) Plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers. For works valued at Rs. 50.00 Lakh and above, the bidder should have two B.E. Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with three years experience or not less than Two Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, Or Assistant Divisional Engineer) Plus Four Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or Four Retired Junior Engineers to supervise the work. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar building works costing more than Rs.10.00 lakhs under a single agreement, completed in the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed a similar work of at least Rs. 5000000 under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The cumulative financial turnover of the applicant should be not less than Rs. 15000000 from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The value of similar works completed is required to be furnished in Annexure D-1, which includes information such as type and nature of work, location, value of work as per agreement, and actual value of work executed. The bidder is required to provide details of at least 7 similar works completed in the preceding three years. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder is also required to provide a certificate for each of the committed works in progress, issued by the Engineer-in-charge, with details such as the name of the applicant, nature of work, location, name and designation of the employer/owner, agreement number, total value of work, period of completion, date of commencement, balance period available, value of work completed, and physical progress or stage of work. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works as a prime contractor on Strengthening of Road costing at least 50% of the estimate value under a single contract within the last three years period. Certificates from the competent authority for the works completed are required.
