The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder: 5 years of experience. 2. For a retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer): no specific years of experience mentioned, but not less than two retired officers are required. 3. For Diploma holders in Civil Engineering: 2 years of experience. 4. For retired Junior Engineers: no specific years of experience mentioned. Alternatively, the required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: 1. For B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holders: 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). 2. For Diploma holders in Civil Engineering: 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should have completed Bridge construction works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The value of the work put to tender is Rs.25,70,00,000/-, so the bidder should have completed Bridge construction works of similar nature costing at least 50% of this value, which is Rs.12,85,00,000/-. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one bridge work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.128.50 Lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The minimum annual financial turnover of the applicant should be more than Rs.128.50 Lakhs in any one of the preceding three years, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover should be not less than Rs.385.50 Lakhs from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The Annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding "Three" years should be more than 50% of the estimated value (including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount) for which bid has been invited. The applicant should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value (including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount) of works for which bid has been invited from the civil engineering constructions in the last three years.
