UPTO BASEMET

Solid PVC Door using 19 guage 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shll be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Earthwork Excavation for Foundation in all soils such as red earth, hard stiff clay soil, stiff black,cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, hard rock not required blasting etc complete,

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Supplying and fixing of PVC water storage tank of best approved quality and make of super thick with lid of capacity of 500 litres with accessories including giving necessary connection etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC slab, lintel, beam, coloumns, sunshade etc completed.

Filling with excavated earth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling and consolidation etc complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any required size with double leaf,outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2Nos.horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding 6 Nos. of hold fasts,2 Nos. wind appliances,3 Nos. tower bolts,1 No. aldrop2 Nos. handles, fixing shutterwith6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting new iron works for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with Two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.
