The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar road works under a single agreement in the preceding three years, with a value not less than Rs. 161.65 Lakh. The work should be similar in nature and have a value of at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs. 161.65 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The details of such works should be provided, including the type and nature of work, location, value of work, agreement number, stipulated period of contract, and actual value of work executed. The bidder's cumulative financial turnover from civil engineering constructions in the last three years should be at least Rs. 484.95 Lakh, and the minimum annual financial turnover in any one of the preceding three years should be more than Rs. 161.65 Lakh. In terms of technical personnel, the bidder should have a Site Engineer with B.E., (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. The required technical personnel include: 1. B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). 2. Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should also have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value (including Goods and Services Tax (GST)) of works for which bid has been invited from the civil engineering constructions in the last three years. Additionally, the annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding 'Three' years should be more than 50% of the estimated value (including Goods and Services Tax (GST)) for which bid has been invited. The estimated values are: - Minimum financial turnover (50%) in any one of the preceding "Three" years: 161.65 lakhs - Minimum cumulative financial turnover (150%) in last "Three" years: 484.95 lakhs The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period, with a minimum value of Rs. 161.65 Lakh.
