Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.-

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly compl

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles with c.m 1:3 12mm thick and pointing with white cement with apporved colour etc

Emulsion paint two coats in all the floors including cost of lime, Blue, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved quality and make white glazed earthen ware Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580x 440 mm with “P” or “S” trap with 10 litres capacity flushing tank embedding closet and trap to shape in position with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime, Two sand and Five brick Jelly) and finishing the top to required slope fixing in position and including sq.cm) of 110 mm dia for a length of 600 mm by dismantling brick masonry / reinforced cement concrete roof or floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The cost is inclusive of 600mm length of PVC pipe of 110mm dia sand filling for 0.45 cu.m lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 40mm brick jelly 0.11 cu.m. Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm.
