Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X '3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soil except hard rock requring blasting including shoring strutting and balingout water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth including all les and lifts etc complying with standard specification.

Centering for soffits of Cement concrete works for plain surface including strutting upto 3m height using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm, and PG 10 gauge stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm laid over silver oak joists of 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90cm C/c and supported by causrina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced about 75 cms C/C etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, and including the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering for soffits of concrete slab for plain surface including shuttering wherever necessary for various depth below ground level and heights above ground levelusing MS sheets of size 90 X 60cm and BG 10 gauge stiffened with MS Angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm laid over silver ok joist of size 7.50 X 5 cm, spced at 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of size 10 to 13cm dia, spaced at 75cm C/C etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and placing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade using hard broken granite stone jelly of 20mm size and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering and scaffolding wherever necessary for various depths below and heights above ground level as directed by the departmental officers and as per the technical specifications

Supplying and fixing cut stone fully dressed to size all faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 [one cement and four sand by volume mixed mechanically in approved mixer] including all incidental charges such as finishing and curing etc complying with technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of works [ specification 4.3.2 to 4.5]

Suplying and fabricating and placing in position of steel grill for reinforced cement concrete including cost of steel and binding wire.

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand in layers of 15cm thick including watering and mechanised consolidation etc., complying with technical specifications and idrected by the engineer in charge of works

Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 using new stones and chips with simulateous flus pointing, curing including etc., complete

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of teak wood plug with screw gearing steel rod of 50mm diameter of 3.50m height and 150x75mm RS joist, beam 6000mm 2 nos. with necessary base plate and fish plate and C.I.head sets for operation of the screw gearing plug rod and necessary bolts and nuts etc., the wooden plug of concial shape of top 300mm and bottom 80mm dia and height 600mm. Top and bottom fixed with iron straps with iron plate of 50mm x 6mm top of the wooden plug provided M.S.plate of 6mm thick for S.G.plug of tank sluice et.c, complete with required anchor rod and plate spanners etc., as directed by the departmental officers inlcuding painting with anti corrosive paint over one coat of red oxide, charges for civil works cost of construction materials and cost of grease and oil and gearing arrangements etc., complying with technical specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
