Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1 : 4 mix to 20 mm thick using P.Sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete

Paving the Floor with Best Quality Anti Skid Tiles of any approved colour and size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 mm shape and quality laid in Cement Mortor 1 : 2 to 20 mm thick using M.Sand in all floors and the Top Pointed with the white cement 0.40 kg mixed with the same colouring Pigments etc complete

Supply and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC Surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours .It shall then be sand papered(water proof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface.Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1 st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after p hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after its dry and the finishing surface smoothly ,etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by Departmental officers.The Rate are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel cost of standard paper (water proof abrasive sheet),cost of putty blade labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering ,two coats of putty ,scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth ,etc complete).The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on Work.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Two Coats with approved Exterior Emulsion over the Plastered surface over one coat of Primer paint over plastered wall surface,ceiling and other new surface including cleaning,preparing the surface ,curing .scaffolding chargws etccomplete

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting TWO coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows,ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
