Applying PRIME COAT over WMB/WMM surface at 7.00kg of SS -1 Bitumen Emulsion/10sqm including cost of the bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete. as per clause 503 of MOST specification km 0/0 - 0/970

Providing and laying TACK COAT ovedr the WMM surface using 2.50 Kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 Sqm. Including cost5 of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cosat will be supplied by the dcepartment at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification. km 0/0 - 0/970

Providing and laying center hot mix plant Premix Carpet with seal coat Type - A 20 mm compacted thick using 0.18cum of 13.20 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 Kg of (60/70) bitumen for 10 Sq.m of Premix carpet including laying of seal coat type ‘A’ over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8 KG of bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre – measurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in central Mix plant for pre mix carpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling separately as per MOST specification 509 & 510 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for Central mix plant power roller 80-100 KN and all other tools and plants employed therefore etc., complete . (ii) Bitumen (S-65).
