Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Gr.II using 1cum of 75mm to 22.40mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10sqm fo 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PT value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite and stacking to departmental gauge for premeasurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel forming edge bunds watering with all leads for good water slurring rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing has per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all other incidental charges etc., complete for bottom layer.

Providing and laying TACK COAT over the WBM surface using 4.00 Kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

11.Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type A over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for premeasurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling seperately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant power roller 80-100 KN capacity and all incidental charges etc., complete.
