The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of a similar nature and magnitude, with a value of more than Rs. 111.10 lakhs under a single agreement in the preceding three years. The bidder should have experience in works such as those related to Highways/PWD/RD/TWAD and other Engineering departments. The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period, and also at least Rs.111.10 lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.111.10 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The minimum annual financial turnover of the applicant should be more than Rs.111.10 Lakh, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover of the applicant should be not less than Rs.335.30 Lakh from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. In terms of percentage, the bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 50% of the value put to tender. The security deposit and retention amount are 2.5% and 5% of the contract value, respectively. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past five years and should have completed satisfactorily at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only. The annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding three years should be more than 50% of the estimated value, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), for which the bid has been invited from the civil Engineering Constructions. The applicant should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST), of works for which the bid has been invited from the civil engineering constructions in the last three years. For contracts above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with 3 years experience in Civil Engineering works, or not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering or two retired Junior Engineers, or not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus one more BE (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder. For contracts above Rs. 50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years experience, or not less than one retired Assistant Executive Engineer/ Assistant Divisional Engineer, and one B.E.
