The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on road construction works of similar nature. The work experience should be for at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The bidder should have completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs. 246.14 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed works as a prime contractor on road construction works of similar nature, with a value of at least 50% of the work put to tender. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years. They should have completed satisfactorily at least one “Road” work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender (including Goods and Services Tax (GST)) under a “single agreement” in any one of the preceding “Three” years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only. Specific values and percentages mentioned are: - Single work (50%) value: 246.14 lakhs - Minimum financial turnover (50%) in any one of the preceding “Three” years: 246.14 lakhs - Minimum cumulative financial turnover (150%) in last “Three” years: 738.41 lakhs The annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding “Three” years should be more than 50% of the estimated value (including Goods and Services Tax (GST)) for which bid has been invited. The applicant should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value (including the Goods and Services Tax (GST)) of works for which bid has been invited from the civil engineering constructions in the last three years.
