The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar road works costing more than Rs.323.50 lakhs under a single agreement in the preceding three years. The bidder should provide details of such works, including the value of the work as per the agreement, the actual value of the work executed, and the quality of the work done. The value of similar works completed should be more than Rs.323.50 lakhs under a single agreement. The bidder should have completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value of not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years. The bidder should provide certificates from the competent authority for the works completed as a prime contractor on road construction works of similar nature, with at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years. Additionally, the bidder should have technical personnel with specific qualifications and experience. The bidder should also provide a certificate issued by the Engineer-in-charge for each of the works. The bidder should provide details of at least 6 similar works completed in the preceding three years, including the agreement number, stipulated period of the contract, and the date of commencement and completion of the work. The Annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding "Three" years should be more than 50% of the estimated value, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, for which bid has been invited. The applicant should also have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, of works for which bid has been invited from the civil engineering constructions in the last three years.
