The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works, specifically in Final Location Survey/Topographical Survey using modern survey techniques, with the following experience requirements:
- Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost.
- Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost.
- One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least one work of aerial LiDAR Survey using Aircraft/Helicopter, including orthophotos, for a minimum value of 40% of the estimated cost during the last seven years.
The bidder should also have experience in LiDAR for Railway line or any Linear infrastructure like road, canal, etc., carried out in India under a single contract.
The value and percentage of similar works completed are to be mentioned in the Form 4.1: Performance Statement, which includes details of similar works completed, such as contract identification, value of the award, and percentage of the contract value.
In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder is required to provide information on their past experience, including the contract identification, value of the award, and percentage of the contract value in Form 4.1.
For non-performance or litigation, the bidder is required to provide information on the value of the award, the year, and the percentage of the contract value in Form 4.2: Non-performance, Litigation Statement.
The bidder is also required to provide their financial statements and ratios for the previous three years in Form 4.3: Financial Capability Statements, which includes information on their total assets, liabilities, debt, and net worth, as well as their average annual turnover for the last three years.

STAKING & FIXING ALIGNMENT AND BOUNDARY PILLARS
Providing and fixing cast-in-situ or precast M-25 RCC concrete pillars of size 150 × 150 × 900mm, with 300mm projected above ground level, on both straight and curved sections as per the Scope of Work & Technical Specifications. The work shall be carried out using the Contractor's own materials, tools, and equipment, including all applicable taxes, leads, lifts, and track crossings.including all taxes leads and lifts and crossing of track etc; including all taxes and royalties complete; including painting, marking the pillars at site; including setting out of curves at site indicating transition portion, apex point and crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves etc. The rate includes the cost of all material including centering, shuttering, cutting, binding, reinforcement etc all inclusive. The exposed surfaces should be smooth and neatly finished. Main Reinforcement shall be 4 nos. of 8mm dia. bars and stirrups of 8mm dia @ 200 mmc/c spacing. The task includes:
Painting and marking the pillars at the site.
Setting out curves, indicating the transition portion, apex point, crown of the curve, and the beginning and end points of circular curves.
All materials and activities, including centering, shuttering, cutting, binding, reinforcement, etc., as per specifications.
The exposed surfaces of the pillars must be smooth and neatly finished.
Reinforcement details:
Main reinforcement: 4 bars of 8mm diameter
Stirrups: 8mm diameter at 200mm c/c spacing
Note: The pillars shall be erected as directed by the Procurement Officer. If required, these pillars may also serve as boundary pillars, with the distance of the proposed centerline of the BG track marked on them.
Payment Terms:
90% of the payment will be released upon completion of fieldwork and submission of data and reports.
10% of the payment will be released upon acceptance and certification.

All utilities to be mapped in the DPR with the owner of the utility , modifications required, if any.
