Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Carefully removal of existing dead(detoriated) lime plastering over the ancient brick wall without causing any damage to the existing brick structure including erection and dismantling of scaffolding in various location in same building etc., complete as per standard specification as per the direction of the departmental officials.- Clean Removal of Lime plaster from walls

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thick fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Multi Colour glass panels with Antique pattern Hitching ornamental jaffri work 4mm thick with necessary fittings etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Making, supplying and fixing in position well seasoned teak wood beams, joists using with the help of nylon rope and pully block for doing of Madras terrace roofing with cutting of groves in beam and joists as per the existing evidence including errection and removal of scaffolding, etc, complete as per standard specification directed by the Departmental officers .

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Removal of damaged and wooden louvered type door including carefully removal of MS holdfast from the ancient brick masonry wall without causing any damages (The door having at a height of 3.00 m with heavy planks thick) etc complete as per the direction of dept.Officier - Dismantling Doors & windows inclunding removal of old frames hinges and fastenings

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Replastering ( base plastering) the brick wall, pillars and arches, etc., with lime mortar 1:2 ( one of lime and two of sand) to a thickness of 30 mm laid in two layers of 15mm thick using lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..

Add GST

Supplying and fixing mild steel grills for windows, ventilators, etc., including priming coat etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Grouting and filleting the brick joints of ancient structure with lime mortar 1:2 after attending the cracks by toothing method including cutting the damaged brick work by using cutting machine and filleting it wherever necessary, curing etc. The lime mortor should be fermented for ten days and requiring galnut and jaggery should be added as per ISI Standard and same mortar should be well grind by using grinder before use on works as directed by the departmental officers. complete complying with standard specifications. The rate includes labour charges for imported specially skilled labours.

Painting new wood work with two Coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including the cost of cleaning the old surface by manual labour and including cost of all materials, labour charges for painting complete complying with standard specification. The make and colour of paint to be used shall be got approved by the Departmental Officers before use on work

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles laid in lime mortar 1:2, using pollachi lime 12mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% etc., Lime mortor should be fermented for ten days and requiring galnut and jaggery should be added as per ISI Standard and same mortar should be well grind by using grinder before use on works and pointing with lime mortar 1 : 2 by using 2 % of WPC at the weight lime used as directed by the departmental officers. complete complying with standard specification .

Removal of damaged and wooden panelled type windows including removal of MS holdfast from the ancient brick masonry wall without causing any damages using carefully removing brick corners of windows etc complete as per the direction of dept.Officers - Dismantling Doors & windows inclunding removal of old frames hinges and fastenings

Dismantling plain Cement concrete

Carefully removing the pressed tiles including base mortar over the madras terrace roofing and conveying the dismantling materials from 6.00 m height terrace to ground level and carefully stacking the useful materials and disposing the debris inside to out side of the building far off place etc. complete as per standard specification directed by the Departmental officers. - Dismantling one course of pressed tile roof finish in cement mortar

Making, supplying and fixing in position of Louvered door shutters with well seasoned Teak wood double leaves of size 0.77 x2.70 m with 100 x50 mm styles and rails around and intermediate using teak wood planks 25 mm thick at 1/3 rd height and 2/ 3 height of Louvered door shutters of planks thick 25 mm. The cost included fixing furniture fittings such as 150 x30 mm I.O Butt hinges - 6 nos, 1200 x12 mm I.O Tower bolts -2 nos at top , 300 x12 mm I.O Tower bolts -2 nos at bottom ,200 mm length I.O handle -2nos, and necessary door stopper, door bush, screws and nails etc, complete standard specification directed by the Departmental officers

Painting old wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Carefully removing the decayed wooden beam/joist in ancient Madras terrace roofing ( 6.00 m height ) upto 12.00 m length by carefully dislodging at ends and top including making necessary nitches or openings in the wall on either side of joist,/ beam to enable it removed and stocking of all materials outside of the building including erection of scaffolding etc., complete as per std. specification and as per the directed by the dept. Officers. - Dismantling wrought & putup framed timbers in roofs/floors

Applying thin coat of hand grinded lime mortor paste 1 :1.5 (Theeravai) over the newly plastered surface as per the existing clues and style including finishing the surface with smoothness like Mohal plastering and curing by using water sprayer, etc. complete as per standard specification directed by the Departmental officers.

Making, supplying and fixing of panelled window of size 1.65x2.10m with Teak wood window shutter is made with two number of 75mmx35mm size vertical styles, top rail, lock rails and bottom rail of size 80mmx35mm,200mmx35mm, 129mmx25mm respectively . The window shutter panels is covered with teak wood planks of 35mm thick including all necessary fittings brass/steel hardwaraes like screws, nails, hinges, hooks, tower bolts, handle, aldrops of same design, size etc complete. item to also include making all the mouldings and design of the panels as in the existing evidence. item to include complete finishing of the shutters as directed by the departmental officer. (The rate inclusive of cost of all teak wood materials, Labour wrought and putup of door frames and shutters, cost of all furniture fittings, labour charges for fixing inposition etc., complete complying with standard specifications)

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).
