Renewing and refixing the aluminium door 1/2 glazed and 1/2 panelled using anodized Powder coated matt finish aluminium door with frame made out of 47.62 x 44.45 x 1.18mm for vertical, top, horizontal and middle. Bottom, horizontal made out of frame size 101.60 x 44.45 x 1.20mm and the door panel top 1/2 portion is fixed with 5mm thick plain / glass and bottom half portion fixed with 9mm thick novapan board includng necessary accessories like alumnium clips, rubber beedings, door handle, door closer, furniture fittings, screws etc and also inclusive of labour charges for dismantling the exisitng masonryor RCC works and making holes required with power drill, power consumption charges fixing the door frame and shutter frame in position redoing the dismantled portion to the original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level (75mm dia pipe)

Renewing and refixing Solid PVC door shutter with frame using 19 gauge 19mm MS Square tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS Square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall by 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter.Solid panel PVC door with frame.

Renewing and laying and jointing UPVC Pipe(Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) UPVC used for residential and home applications, water pressure in residential areas do not normally exceed the maximum tolerance.(schedule-40) but excluding cost of such specials and fixing in position dismantling masonry and make the same to original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Repainting the old wood work two coats in all floors with best Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand including thorugh scrapping, sand papering and preparation of surface including cost of bruses, high scaffolding charges neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
