Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/Cu.m and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg. of cs sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

For Foundation & Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MILD STEEL / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. [Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire]

Supplying and laying of Rubber moulded Hydraulic pressed paver block of 83mm thick over a base layer of sand filling including cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing the walls with best quality of Colour glazed tiles of size 1200 x 600 x 8mm of best approved quality in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointed with colour cement at 0.40 Kg / Sqm neatly to full depth of tiles in all floors as directed and complying with standard specification. The colour and brand of the tiles should be got approved before execution from the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Florado gray tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed wit the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying wityh standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Johnson / Kajaria / somany / Nitco / RAK which has to be got approved by the Executive Engineer before before use on works)

Painting the wall with Texture Finish Paint including labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best quality and approved variety of PVC Cylindrical Water Tanks of 1000 Litres capacity conforming to I.S.I. Specifications with necessary inlets and outlets and overflow, cleaning pipe arrangements and labour charges for fixing in position etc., and properly fixed in the floor top as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of 50mm thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using 10-12mm HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un - Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) fixed partition with size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and reinforcement with GI / 1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered section with wall thickness of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame. The Corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. ACP panel board should be fixed between the frames and it should not allow leakage of water. The frame should fixed to the wall with 100% packing with this screws and silicon packing all round the frames and should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports .The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel Rectangular base plate of 304 Grade with elevation toughened of thickness 10 mm above glass cavring for eleavation work the rate Inclusive of materials, transport,fixing and polishing etc, the design should be approved by the departmental engineer, Complete Complying with standard specification

Finishing the top of roof with one course of roof elevation tiles of size 9" x 6"of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same mortar mixed with re oxide to the full depth of tiles, etc., complete complying with standard specification. and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of Wooden Cot of size 6'x 6'3" to a height of 8", head panel of 15" height customized for Dean Quarters. The rate include the cost of all materials, fabrication, trasportation and other incidental charges, including providing in position as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of rubber wood Sofa with 1 nos of three seater, 2 nos of one seater. The frames are made of well seasoned rubber wood and covered with fabric customized for Dean Quarters. The rate include the cost of all materials, fabrication, trasportation and other incidental charges, including providing in position as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of rubber wood teapoy of size 0.90 x0.60m with glass top 8mm thick cooling glass used for the glass top. The rate include the cost of all materials, fabrication, trasportation and other incidental charges, including providing in position as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of rubber wood dining table (4' x3' x 2'6") with two number of pedestal and Oval shaped plain fininshed top. 6nos of single chair. The seats of the chair shall be provided with cussion customized for Dean Quarters. The rate include the cost of all materials, fabrication, trasportation and other incidental charges, including providing in position as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of mattress for the cot of size 6'x6'3" and thickness of the mattress shall not be less than 4" with two numbers of pillow 20" x 26". customized for Dean Quarters The rate include the cost of all materials, fabrication, trasportation and other incidental charges, including providing in position as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of Valancing type curtain for doors and windows including cost of pelmet,rods,superior variety,curtain cloths for screens necessary scalping works,stiching harges,including cost of materials such as fringes,Jolly,Velcro,tassels, side ornamental knobs for tassels,conveyance and fixing in position with all necessaries etc.., completed complying with standard specification

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thick and steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 5HP stage delivery submersible motor excluding panel board ISI make for 6" dia bore well with pump, necessary accessories such as bolt gun metal jet assembly with 1 number pressure gauge metal complete comprising with the following additional accessories and submersible cable. - The motor shall be of ISI approved variety and shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before erection- Accessories:-. a. 3 Phase star delta starter of 32 AMP of approved quality and make with ISI marks - 1 No. b. 3 Phase 32 AMP main switch of approved quality and make with ISI marks - 1 No. c. Single phase preventer of approved quality and make with ISI marks - 1 No. d. Switch Board to accommodate the starter and main switch power capacitor of suitable capacity as per standard norms of TNEB.

Supplying and fixing Nylon Rope for Bore well of approved quality in etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and laying of 3 core 10 sq.mm. Armoured Copper Cables for electrical motor, control panel, pressure switch, jockey motor etc., all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Make: POLYCAB / PARACON /FINOLEX / EQUIVALENT.

Supplying and fixing M.S. fabricated wall mounting PANEL BOARD with internal wiring as per I.E. rules and necessary locking arrangements with suitable DOL type push button, STAR delta starter, suitable in amps DPC switch,0 to 500 V voltmeter, 0-20Amps Ammeter, single phase preventor, Pilot lamp with 3 bulbs to indicate power supply,3no. and including all specials. a) Suitable DOL push button automatic starter-1 no. b) Suitable15amps DPC switch - 1No. c) 0 to 500V Voltmeter - 1No. d) 0-20 Ammeter - 1No. e) Single phase preventor - 1No. f) Pilot lamp with three bulbs to indicate power supply - 1No. etc., complete.
