Supplying, fabricating and fixing slotted carriers with the following specifications. The carriers should be made of GI sheet of 16G with slots. The size of carrier is 300 x 40mm and are to be spaced at 50 cm centre to centre. The carriers are to be fixen on suspenders with the help of lock nuts. These suspenders are made of galvanised MS rods size of 6mm dia. The suspenders should be threaded to its full length so that the carrier shall be fixed at any height depending on the onsite requirement. The suspenders are to be fixed on the soffit of ceiling with self fixing anchore bolts. All components of suspenders and slotted carriers should be galvanised. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges for drilling and fixing the whole assembly at required places, complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

DIN / BS Standard Outlet Points with from loading, inner connecting and brass body, Single press inlet with two stage process first stage for patient usage and second stage in parking mode, covered by plastic non inter-changeable for other gases. The cost of materials including transport,etc., complete as per standard specifiation and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Brass Isolation Valve suitable for the copper pipe and should be of not lubricated 90 degree turn lever ball valve of reputed make, connected in line with medical gas pipe line system by using suitable size brass valve adopter union, ferrule, nipple, rubber "O" ring, tapion lap and etc. All pipe line regulators shall be capable of controlling pipe line pressure and must compatible with the requirements specified in IS 12827 /1989. All valves should be pneumatically tested for twice the working pressure for the gas line as per IS Code 12827/1989 & ISO 7396/1987 Specification,

Supply and fixing Flow Meter made up of Brass with Humidifier Bottle Flow Meter should be back pressure compressed and should be accurate gas flow measurement with control range 0-13 litres per miniute. It should meet strict permission and dumbling standard. The meter body should be made of brass materials. The humidifier bottle should be made of unbreadkable polycorbonate material and auto cleavable at 134 degree centigrate. The includes flow meter and its accessories (silicon tube with mask.) The cost of materials including transport, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Dpartmental Officer and as per IS 12827/1987 & ISO 7396/1987

Supply and fixing Ward Vaccum Unit with Gauge both mounted on a collection jar of capacity 600 ml and with a wall bracket for mounting it on the wall. The collection jar should be made of unbreadkable polycarbonate materials which is fully auto cleavable at 134 degree centigrade as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer and as per IS 12827/1989 & ISO 7396/1987 Specification . The rate includes cost of silicon hose with SS nipple on either side.

Oxygen Manifold arrangement of 2 banks x 12 cylinder each wing with semi automatic control panel which includes contact gauge 2 No., oulet pressure gauge, brass heavy dut IO x regulator 2 Nos., with suitable adopter, flexible SS Hose. Manifold shall be of a construction and of a designs and material suitable for the service pressure in accordance with IS 12827-1989. Emergency alarms with illuminating display for low/ high pipeline pressure and malfunctioning of system. 1) Manifold top frame with provision for connecting 12 cylinders on right bank and 12 cylinder on left bank with high pressure interconnecting tubing, silver brazing, non return for claping 2 x 12 cylinders and related fastener. The O2 manifold should with stand a pressure of 140kg. / CM2 The installation is commissioned after testing as per standards and painted as per International Code and as directed by the Departmental Officers as per IS Code 12827 /1989 & ISO 7396/1987 Specification .

Nitrous Oxide Manifold Arrangements of 2 banks 3 Cylinder each wing, with automatic control panel which includes contact gauge 2 Nos. outlet pressure gauge, brass heavy duty IOX regulator 2 Nos. with suitable adopter, flexible SS hose. Manifold shall be of a construction and of a designs and material suitable for the service pressure in accordance with IS 12827 -1989. Emergency alarams with illuminating display for low / high pipe line pressure and malfunctioning of system. 1) 2 x3 cyliner Nitrus Oxide Manifold should be suitable with stand a pressure of 140kg/ Cm2 and above along with high pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end brass adapter suitable for Nitrous Oxide Cyliners and manifold. 2) Top frames comprising of high pressure copper pipe of size 12mm ID 1.5mm wall thick with high pressure brass fittings made of high tensile brass and connetions through non -return valves, high pressure copper tail pipes made of high pressure copper pipe size of 7mm ID 1.5mm thick. 3) The disign of middle and bottom frames should be provided to fit both round and flat bottom cylinders safely with fitted heavy duty regualtor. The Manifold should be tested at 3500 pig as per IS 12827/1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.
