Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 75mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Renewing the damaged paver block with new one of paving and laying the rubber moulded hydraulic presses paver block inter locked blocks with new one of 63mm thick inter locked blocks of approved quality and make over a sand cushion and laying the paver blocks in true and straight alignment with gradient and pointing neatly using quarry dust of fly ash and pointing neatly hire charges for vibrator machine including diesel consumption charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Tensile roofing structure using Fabric Tensile Roof Membrane . The structure shall be designed in accordance with I.S.800 with the design wind speed as defined by IS: 875 based on the location, site conditions and load combinations as defined by IS 875. The complete structure 150mm,90mm,60mm Round pipe, 3MM thickness, Base plate 10MM thickness, Bolt, net, Wire rope, Corner plate, finished with two coats of epoxy primer, two coats of epoxy paint and colour, shop drawing approved by the clients. The membrane should be minimum ( Ferrari 702 or Verseidag Fabrics) The above fabric will be atterned, welded with the high frequency welding machine for 40MMwide and will be fixed using special aluminium extrusions at the end of the roof truss special screw.The complete structure will be designed for wind load, live loads etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of new plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
