Finishing the top of roof surface using specially manufactured superior quality Terrace bricks Heritage works Size 6"x3"x1" (150mmx75mmx25mm) for heritage works laid with Lime mortar 1:1.5 (one Lime and one and half of sand). The Terrace tiles should be laid on such a manner with proper slope and gradient that the rain water gets discharged easily through rain water outlet pipes freely. The quality of lime to be procured from Pollachi shall be of best and high calcium oxide content quality etc complete.The rate including cost of all materials,Labour charges, lift arrangements, tranportation of material from G.F to T.F by head load and finishing neatly etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof terrace tiles surface pointing with lime mortar 1:2 (one lime and two sand) mixed with polymer 2.50 Litre per 50kg of lime used including finishing the surface neatly.The rate is includinge cost of all material,labour charges, raked up the joints and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by Departmental officers.

Pointing , grouting and filleting the brick joint of wall and arches with lime mortar 1:2 (one of lime and two of sand) using Pollachi lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Strengthening the existing walls by providing grouting by formation of two holes of size 1" with required intervals - depth of 300mm for an area of 1 sq.m and depending upon the site conditions injecting lime slurry consisting of lime mortar 1:2 (one lime and two of sand) using Pollachi lime in all floors added with grouting admixture by 2% weight of lime, by using required equipment and the rate includes the cost of all materials, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Replastering ( base plastering) the brick wall, pillars and arches, etc., with lime mortar 1:2 ( one of lime and two of sand) to a thickness of 30 mm laid in two layers of 15mm thick using Pollachi lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Stucco plastering 12mm thick using blue granite chips of size 10mm and below over the existing base plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 20mm thick, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Grouting and stitching the cracked wall and arches by toothing method including required special bricks of size 8"x4"x2" wherever necessary cutting of groove and fixing of key stone of size 900mmx230mmx200mm in horizontal and finishing the surface with lime mortor as per orginal etc. excluding errection of scaffolding all labour charges, etc., complete and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Making supplying and fixing of ornamental stone for Dome base (in terrrace above 12.00 m height) of size 1.30mx0.50mx0.50m in the missing place as per the existing style of clues including cost of stone and labour charges for fixing on brick wall and adjacent stones, the base of stone is fixed on brick wall by means of cutting with hand chisel without any damages to wall and adjacent stones, the stone joints are to be filled with heated lead solution at a very high temperature up to a depth of 20mm neatly trimmed with a trowel and fixing in position, curing of lime mortar, lead pointing, etc., complete the location of fixing, shape, design and quality of stone are to be done as directed by the departmental officer.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of specials such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Plane surface such as Rcc floor slab, roof,slab,rectangular,square Tee or Ell beam, lintel, bed block staircase waist slab, landing slab, landing beam, portico beam, portico slab, etc.

Providing additional strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.00 metre height or part thereof but not less than 30 cm, over the initial 3.00 metre height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Providing special type of casuarinas post scaffolding for high raised sthapathy work in heritage building of length 8.50m in all direction and height about 37.60m from ground level in two direction fixed into ground at a depth of 0.75m with base plate arrangement and remaining from roof level height about 15.00m with sand bag arrangement, the overall length of post is 4.00m and 15cm dia in vertical, horizontal and bracing members, the distance between the horizontal members are 1.25m and for vertical posts being 2.00m, the inclined bracing in both direction at all joints from ground level, the base of vertical post are to be, the overlap on either sides and braces at 2m center to center including both vertical and horizontal direction, additional bracing to be provided upto a height of 5m from ground level and remaining from building to be provided without any damages, the joints are made with wetted coconut coir rope, nails and binding wires, etc., the climbing ladder arrangement from ground level to top of scaffolding with casuarinas post or country wood (Silver oak) planks 40mm thickness of 0.3m x 1.00m size, the working platforms at required level are provided using country wood planks 40mm thick supported by casuarinas post at 0.50m interval in perpendicular direction to the planks along with side protection arrangement, special wheel pulley arrangement for lifting of material to the working platform, the whole scaffolding are covered with argo shade net from ground level to top, the rate inclusive of cost of casuarinas post and agro shade net, loading, unloading and conveyance charges for all materials, labour charges for erecting, arrangements for climbing and working platform, fixing of pulley, dismantling after completion of work and removing form site etc., complete the location, bracing arrangements are as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damages by skilled sthapathy in quadrangle dome (Big Dome) at a height about 15.00m from roof level with sand bag arrangement at base, the overall length of post is 4.00m and 15cm dia in vertical, horizontal and bracing members, the distance between the horizontal members are 1.25m and for vertical posts being 2.00m, the inclined bracing in both direction at all joints from ground level, the base of vertical post are to be, the overlap on either sides and braces at 2m center to center including both vertical and horizontal direction, additional bracing to be provided from building without any damages to the structure, the joints are made with wetted coconut coir rope, nails and binding wires, etc., the climbing ladder arrangement from roof level to top of scaffolding with casuarinas post or country wood (Silver oak) planks 40mm thickness of 0.3m x 1.00m size, the working platforms at required level are provided using country wood planks 40mm thick supported by casuarinas post at 0.50m interval in perpendicular direction to the planks along with side protection arrangement, special wheel pulley arrangement for lifting of material to the working platform, the whole scaffolding are covered with argo shade net from ground level to top, racking out dead lime mortar on the brick joints to a depth of 20mm without any damages to brick masonry and cleaning surface with

coir brush and water, grouting and filleting the brick joints with the combination of lime mortar 1:3, gallnut and jaggery water after attending the cracks by toothing method including replacement of damaged bricks if necessary, the ornamental works by special skilled sthapathy by Special Chettinadu plaster with hand grinded lime mortar paste 10mm thick in lime mortar 1:1 (one of lime and one of sand) using fine river sand including curing neat finishing, the lime mortar used are to be fermented for ten days and required galnut and jaggery should be added as per ASI standards and mortar should be well ground using grinder before use on works, the ornamental works on the dome are completely documented for future refixing the same and damaged ornamental sthapathy works on lime mortar alround the dome from base plastering using pebble stones, small brushes and chisels for restoring to the original design and painting the surface using natural dies, the rate inclusive of cost for erecting and dismantling after completing work by casuarinas post scaffolding, working platform, inspection for cracks and damages, grouting, filleting, brick pointing, base lime mortar plastering, documentation of existing design, etc., complete the cracks, damages, scaffolding erection, quality of materials, working times are as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing three coats of inner walls/ceiling with freshly burnt white shell lime (Pollachi lime) in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, The rate inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of ready mixed Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmetal officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Shade Net (Green Net) using vertical protection for under construction / High-rise building. The net standard size is 3mx50m &5mx50m. The rate is inclusive cost of Agro Shade Net, binding wire(or) cable tie, Labour charges for fixing in position and neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for supplying and fixing of hoisting machine by hire basis for lifting of all materials from ground to terrace and shifting of damaged unused materials from terrace to ground floor with necessary rope, heisting platform, motor, controller as per site requirement days etc., the rate is inclusive of hire charges for machine, labour charges for operating the machine and daily Bata and conveyance charges and dismantling and removing the same after completion of work etc complete with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of mortar pit of inner size 0.90m x 0.45m with brick partition wall 11.50cm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) for 60cm height with necessary earth work open excavation for a size of 1.43m x 0.98m to a depth of 0.91m and sand filling for 15cm thick, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten 40mm HBG stone jelly), 8cm thick with plastering 1:5 (one cement and sand), 12mm thick on both sides and top etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 9km including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and leveling etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
