Renewing the damaged floor with best quality Double Charged Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing the damaged partition with new one of Aluminium Composite Panel Sheet partition by using the aluminium composite panel sheet 4mm thick using alu, box and aluminium frame at an interval of 0.90m at the aluminium frame of size 63.50 x 38.10 x 2.00mm @ 1.12 kg/m with necessary 'L' angles, screws, nails and fixed in the wall using drilling machine and partition both side is affected at Aluminium Composite Panel Sheet 4mm thick of best and approved quality as per instruction of the departmental officers and also cutting the wall panel for Electrical Switch box and AC Plug Box and telephone Box requirements and finally cleaning the wall panelling with neat position etc., The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers., (The materials quality and colours are approved by the departmental Engineer before use on works).

Renewing and refixing of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. Repainting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc. with two coats of best approved first quality and colour in all floors etc., including cost of scrapping charges complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Renewing and refixing UPVC pipes of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The UPVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. (Above Ground Level) (External Water supply)

(The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level.
