Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M. sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Foundation and Basement

For Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 70mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing and adding FOSROC NITO Bond 2% by weight of cement etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling the Hematite light weight material for filling and levelling the floor slab area using the one Bag of cement and three bags of Hematite including mixing the same in good proportion and complying the same as directed by the departemental officers.

Cladding the vertical wall surfaces with prepolished Premium black Granite slabs of approved colour 20mm thick of best quality and free from all defects and set in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement: two of sand) 10mm thick . The joints shall be flush with faces of granite slabs and in line, the joints shall be pointed neatly with the same colour pigment mixed with white cement of 1.80Kg/M2. the slabs so laid shall be supported with suitable arrengements for the period of 2 hours after laying to avoid falling of granite slabs by its self weight after laying in position.The granite slabs shall be got approved by the deptl.officers before use on work etc complete the rate is including labour, all materials scaffoling charges , hire charges for granite cutting machine, power consumption etc complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality of LAPPATO Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Granite slabs (super fine polished with machine cut edges )Jet black and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing nosing to the granite slab by cutting the granite slabs edges Half round / Full round shape to required size and polishing using hand machine and the nosing is made highly smooth and gloosy. The cost includes labour charges and cost of machineries and polishing charges etc, complete.

Engraving Works alround the border painting the Letter and border & filled with gold paint etc., complete. (84'' x 63'' - 4 Nos)

Providing full view in standing position 7 feet hight using bronze metal statue, 'Making & Installing a full size Smt Indhira Gandhi bronze statue ht. 7ft, specimen clay model will be made as per the approved photo given by the department. The statue committee members must personally inspect and approvde this clay model in comparison with the approved photo. On approval of this statue we proceed in making the shell mould on this approved model in plaster of paris (POP). The replica model in POP is made which is our master model. This model will be segmented proportiontely into 14 pieces for metal moulding and casting. Now we prepare the negative moulds from the positive POP cast for inlaying wax sheets on the inverted/negative impression moulds. On top of the wax inlay we cover the mould creating a sandwitch mould (wax in between two layers of mould, funnel or runners are fixed on the moulds). These moulds are left in a klin & heated to dewax the moulds. After fully dewaxing the liquified bronze for the furnaceat 1100-1200C is carefully poured into the funnel or runners till the moulds are full same applies to all the moulds. After setting period of 8 hours the bronze casted moulds are removed & cleaned removing runners, funnels & any excess flow of metal on the durface. All segmented pieces are properly assembled together into one full statue by power gas welding using brass rods. This full fused statue is grinded & surfaced, removing the welded joints & matching to the surface is done. Next we apply synthetic silicone paste to give a protective covering to the statue. After this we give a coat of nitro cellulose fine coating for proper fixing. After drying we provide yellow oxide base coat of the statue finally a coat of DUCO synthetic coat is applied. Statue packing, delivery, transport are inclusive in our cost. On reaching memorial site we provide assistance in executing the statue installation & anchoring on tis pedestal. The following day we provide the finishing work with the final coat of metallic gold duco synthetic paint finishing on the statue in full & final completion of our work etc complete. Transportation and errection on pedestal at site etc., complete complying with standard specification. (This rate excluding GST)

Hire charges for clearing the bushes and leveling the side using with JCB including hire charges and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with std. Specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and fixing Mild Steel Grills for windows and ventilators etc., including the cost of mild steel angles, plates, rods, cost of welding charges and one coat of priming coat etc., complete.(The design should be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Supplying and fixing the WPC flutted panels plank of size 12mm thick of approved quality and make over the 19 mm thick water proof ply wood including labour for cutting the sheet required shape and size and fixing over the 19mm water proof plywood panel including cost of fevicol paste , head less nails etc etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Painting two coats of New plastered wall surface with Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour with primer, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Repainting the old walls with two coats of best Exterior emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The colour should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying, spreading and mixing red earth and farm yard manure mixture with required base of chemical for control of pest and disease lie Neemcake and carbofuraden and fertilizers for root regulator like DAP, Urea and Super Phosphate and includes cost of red earth, farm yard, manure, fertilizers and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and planting Flowering plants as directed by the engineer in charge including digging holes in ordinary soils and refilling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure flooding with water and dressing removal of rubbish surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts also maintenance of plants for a period of 30 days from the date of planting work.

Hire Charges for Barricading arrangements using PPGI Sheet with necessary steel post and bracings of required height. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated cutting the sheet in to the required size as per the site condition and as directed by the deptl.officers.

Collecting the earth debries using tipper machinery from work spot and dumping the same into low lying area to a distance of 3 Km away from the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
