Labour and hire charges for providing steel rain proof shed using M.S semi arch truss 4No to a length of 6.40m using 25x25x6mm M.S angle and bottom and vertical stiffeners are welded rigidly, grinding the welded surface smoothly 5Nos with 7Nos purlin and 4Nos vertical post 90mm dia hollow box section 2.65m height with 2No of base plates 250mm dia 10mm thick drilling 4No holes in each base plate, 7Nos of purlinof size 50x25mm box section purlin 6.800m length and 2Nos LATTUS frames 0.30m, 6.80m long using 35x35x6mm angles with intermediate stiffness steel angles, conveying the entire fabricated structural elements LATTUS truss 2Nos, 5Nos Semi arch 6.40m length 90mmx90mm 4Nos pipe post 2.65m long assembled with 2Nos base plate to the site and lighting the same erecting the post at site 4Nos with necessary expansion bolts, welding the additional angles with existing wall for wind load stability, and assembling the arch frames 5Nos at equal distance along the LATTUS frames with bolts & nuts of size 12mm x 65mm dia necessary washers 7Nos purlin welded rigidly in the top of the Semi arch frames parallel position 6.80 long and conveying lifting the ‘Zine chromate ‘ hot dipped galvanized PPGI profile with grey colour of 0.56mm thick having width of 1050mm fixing with self tapping screws with plastic washers, pilot washers with the aid of automatic reversible drilling machine including cutting to the required shape and fixing without any leakages. including painting two coat to the truss, with best SEP over primer. The rate includes hire charges, loading, unloading and conveyance charges, scaffolding charges and all other incidential charges etc. The entire unit to be removed after the function is over.

Labour and hire charges for Providing steel framed , rain proof shed of size 6.90+ 1.90/2 x 6.20m length using 90mm dia superior quality pipes of 2.45m height with 2Nos base plate and 6 Nos of 25x25mm square hollow box section and 2Nos of 50mm dia pipe including welding rigidly with the aid 10 gauge electrode, erecting the post 90mm in position with the aid of 4Nos of expansion bolt in each post, welding the 50mm dia post 2Nos, 5Nos of purlin of size 25x25mm hollow box section at equal distance and covering the roof with superior quality hot dipped galvanized (zinc chromate) non corrosive 0.56mm thick, 1050mm width profile type sheet, fixing with self tapping locking screws necessary rubber washer, flat washers and two coats of SEP over one coat primer for entire structure and steel frame etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials required, labour charges, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, scaffolding charges and all other incidental charges etc. The same has to be removed after the function is over.

Renewing the old and damaged shelter with new one using mild steel hollow box section structural “ INDEPENDENCE DAY SALUTE STAGE” of size 2.50x2.50x2.75m using 50 x 50mm square hollow section and all other side frame, top rafter and purlin, cross stiffener, base plate including cutting the hollow box section of required size and welded rigidly with the aid of 30 gauge electrode, grinding smoothly the welded portions conveying the structural elements frame and assembling the same at site with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer coat and including acrylic sheet structural with new polycarbonate hollow twin walls sheet sky light panel is a kind of transparent natural lighting polycarbonate twin wall sheet by cutting to required shape and silicon seals rubber solution for arresting the leakage widely applied and fixing the same in position with necessary steel pipe scaffolding to a height 2.75m from ground level and fixing self drilling screws fasteners etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials required, labour charges, loading unloading, conveyance charges, scaffolding charges etc, complete. The same has to be removed after the function is over.
