Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds soils in varying depths (Digging of new trenches for hedge / edge planting, digging and removal of excavated earth from site complete)

Supplying, mixing and spreading red earth , and manure mixture with required base 0.20m of chemical for control of pest and disease like neem cake and carbo fureden and fertilizers for root regulator like DAP urea and super phosphate and for mind the mix cost of red earth sand fertilizers and labour charges etc., complete directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface of the UGT/ OHT tank applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break 120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength 1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Followed by applying 15 mm thick dimensionally stable fibrous reinforced cementitious structural grade dual shrinkage Polymer Mortar on as protective plastering @ 29kg/m2. The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, 1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. Followed by applying two component, water-based food grade epoxy resin coating on inside surface of Potable water tank having antialgae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 0.35 Kg/m2 in 2 coats. Ensure that this coating is applied over the protective plaster. The Waterproofing material shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02. The finished cost to include surface preparation completely as per specification.

Cladding the wall with waterfall Granite slab of required colour and texture for an average thickness of 18mm thick for Vertical surface over a base layer in CM 1:2 (One cement and two sand) 10mm thick and pointing with same cement mortar as directed and Agmi, Aroldite and POP paste are used for fixing the granite slab in position wherever necessary. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges for Chipping the masonny / RCC to the required depth and laying the granite slab, finishing the wall faces to perfect geometry and wastage of material etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. The quality and colour of granite slab, should be got approved by the Executive Engineers before use on works.

Renewing the tiles with new one of colour and design ceramic floor tile of size 8"X8"(200x200x6mm) thick of approved make flooring in all floors over base layer of cement mortar 1:3,(One cement and three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with same colour at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Renewing the damaged pipes and fixing with new UPVC pipes of approved quality and best variety confirming to ISS with ISI mark, of the following size above ground level up to 4m height laid properly to alignment including cutting, threading and fixing the required PVC specials but excluding the cost of such specials and fixing to the wall with necessary TW plugs, clamps and screws dismantling making holes on the wall with drilling machine and making good the dismantled portion to theoriginal condition with necessary brick work, concrete and plastering wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges etc. complete.
