Supply, Testing Commissioning and Handing over of 58.5 kVA Diesel Generator set with acoustic enclosure conforming to CPCB IV+ Norms and BIS Specifications with Standard Control Panel of 0.8 P.F. Three phase 415V/ 420 Volts, 50Hz, 1500 RPM CPCB Approved capacity developing .74 HP with acoustic enclosure water cooled clock wise rotating feed pump with 46.8KW/ 58.5KVA operating capacity brushless alternator close coupled underneath fuel tank standard safeties LLOP with stop solenoid battery with lead Electric start and vibration fitting and accessories and standard control panel as detailed below including transporting & unloading charges. (A) Engine: Water cooled diesel engine suitable for Generator application conforming CPCBIV+ norms and IS standards with a shaft out put of 74 HP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions. The Engine shall comprise the following standard fitting flexible coupling fly wheel, air cleaner, fan blower, radiator, water pump, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, etc.(Kirloskar Green / Cummins/Eq). (B) 12 Volt Electronic starting Equipment: Complete with starter motor, dynamo, standard batteries with cable, flexible exhaust piping of 50cms length. G. Exhaust Gas Recirculation system arrangements as per CPCB IV+ norms as amended C) Engine Instrument Panel / Mounted: Starting push botton / starting key, lubricating oil, temperature gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, safety control for low lubricating oil, pressure, safety control for high water temperature, safety control for over speed, hour meter (mechnical) and RPM indicator, battery charging ammeter. The engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous at full load

D)ALTERNATOR: 58.5kVA/46.8kW Capacity of brushless alternator, AC 3 phase, 50Hz, 415/420V, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM under NTP conditions, conforming to CPCB IV+ Norms. E) STANDARD CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel (cubical) should be vermin proof and dust proof best quality sheet steel of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet and floor mounted with suitable hinged glass doors and enamel painted. The panel should be microprocessor based complete with suitable Square/ Rectangular copper bus bars with internal connections and with necessary cables and other accessories and with tappings for the incoming supply from the alternator and for the outgoing supply to the load and incorporating Suitable MCCB and HRC fuses, Set of control fuses, etc. with following facilities. 1. UNDER / OVER LIMIT i. High coolant Temperature ii. Low lube oil pressure iii. Over speed iv. Start fail v. Emergency stop vi. Over load 2. FAULT INDICATIONS: i. LLOP - Low Lub. oil pressure ii. HWT - High water temperature iii. OL - Over load iv. E.STOP - Emergency stop v. DG - Gen set ON vi. LOAD - ON 3.Metering & Protective relaying: i) Multi function Digital panel meter with the functions of Ammeter , Voltmeter, Frequency Meter, Power factor meter, KW meter, KWHr Meter .- 1No 2) Current transformers of suitable ratio. – Set of 3Nos. 3) Earth fault relay – 1No .

4. Battery charger: An automatic battery charger with suitable Transformer, Bridge rectifier and voltage regulator with selectable boost/float/trickle charging facility and automatic cut off function should be provided for charging the battery from mains in addition to the battery charging alternator fitted to the engine. The charger should have status indicator with LCD display and DC circuit breaker. 1. The control panel should be complete with necessary fuses, cables, label, other accessories with neutral isolation arrangements. 2. The engine should trip for the following: a) Low lubricating oil pressure b) High water temperature c) Over speed F.FUEL TANK minimum 165 litres fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance. G. Exhaust Gas Recirculation system arrangements as per CPCB IV+ norms as amended . H. BASE FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated with MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting of generaor set. The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitably designed diaphragm type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame with proper alignment.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Acoustic enclosure, Self standing weather proof Acoustic canopy conforming CPCBIV+ norms floor mounting type with modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather condtions and compliance to IS standards. Erection of acoustic enclosure suitable for 58.5KVA Diesel generator complete with all accessories as above and suitable supports etc. as approved by competent authority to suit updated CPCB norms. J) Erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation. K)Supply of manuals for operation & maintenance of DG set with warranty card etc. L) CEIG approval: Preparation of site plan physical layout, electrical line schematic Diagram 10 sets, getting drawing approval from CEIG preparation of complection report rectification report etc., arranging CEIG inspection and obtaining CEIG safety certificate, payment of CEIG inspection fees if necessary and preparation of one set of approval Drawing and copy of safety certificate in a neat frame work.After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by department officials before used on work.

Providing suitable concrete foundation suitable for 58.5 kVA Generator set with Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers to Rameswaram Guest House .

Supply and errection of 1.5 Ton (4500 K.cal/hr) ABS Plastic Split type Inverter Air conditioner conforming to IS 1391 (Part-2) 1992 with Amdt No. 1 to 2 fitted with inverter compressor operating on refrigerant of non CFC suitable for wall mounting for operation on 230V, 50HZ single phase AC supply with 5 star rating as per BEE specification and capable of performing the functions.1) Cooling 2) Dehumidifying 3) Air circulating 4) Filtering The installation work for the above split type AC units inculdes the following 1. Mounting/ Fitting Indoor and Outdoor units at the respective locations. 2. Laying refrigerant pipeline of required length connecting both units after drilling hole/holes in the wall, if required. Thickness of copper tubing shall not be less than 0.8mm 3. Insulating the suction pipe with expanded polyethelene foam 5mm tubing 4. Laying 25mm dia flexible PVC drain pipe to throw out the condensate water being formed with in the indoor unit. 5. Leakage testing the entire system. 6. Charging refrigerant gas in the unit. 7.Suitable electric wiring to be provided with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire between indoor units upto 6 mtrs length and up to switch with in 3 meters of the location of indoor unit.
