Replastering the damaged top of roof slab with cement mortar 1:3 admixed with FOSRAC CONPLAST WL XTRA 200ml per bag of cement of 20mm thickness mixed with water proofing compound conforming to the all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Renewing the damaged rain water recharging collection pit having a size of 1200mm dia to a total height of 1500mm is 150mm above ground level and 1350mm below ground level with necessary augar bore of 300mm dia to a depth of 4000mm from bottom level of collection pit and filled with 20mm HBG stone jelly inside of augar bore. The sides of collection pit provided with RCC Well ring of inner size of 1200mm x 300mm x 50mm with 6mm reinforcement on both direction at 200 mm c/c using RCC 1:1/2:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three HBG jelly). The top of collection pit is finished with 50mm thick cover slab, The collection pit is filled with course river sand at top, 20mm HBG stone jelly at middle and 40mm HBG stone jelly at bottom of a depth of 250mm, 300mm, 400mm and 450mm respectively. The rate is including the cost of RCC well ring and filling materials, RCC cover slab, drilling hole and labour charges for erecting the well ring etc., and as directed by the departmental officers.
