Repainting the old iron work two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand including thorough scrapping preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Repainting the old wood work two coats in all floors with best Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand including thorugh scrapping, sand papering and preparation of surface including cost of bruses, high scaffolding charges neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing the damaged ventilator with newone of aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator. The outer frame will be 62 x 38 x 2mm @ 1.17Kg/M and th louvers with moving arrangements will be made with aluminium channel of size 60 x 30 x 4mm @ 0.27 Kg/M with necessary glass panes for louver 4mm thick aluminium clips, 'L' angles screws, nails, conveyance scaffolding if any and power consumption charges required for fabrication wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to original condition after fixing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.The aluminium surface is matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868 / 1962 anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns for all sections.

Fabrication supply and fixing in position of aluminium natural colour matt finish fully glazed fixed window and 5.5 mm thick glass. The outer frame top, bottom and side with section of size 62 x 38 x 2 mm at 1.174 kg / m. The mullions with 2 nos vertical as well as I no horizontal using internal raillings of rectangular box section of size 62 x 38 x 2 mm at 1.174 kg/m and fully covered with 5.5 mm thick plain glass with necessary aluminium clips of size 17.15 x 17.27 x 1.50 mm at 0.176 kg /m and with required rubber beading etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC columns beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good the damaged portion after sections are to be anodised with matt finish for anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns as per ISI specification 1868 / 1962 and should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Removing damaged tree branches and pruning of trees using manual skilled workers and removing of broken / fallen brnches and others etc., The rate is inclusive cost of labour involved, cutting and trimming materials, rope and ladder etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Labours for mass cleaning in the campus and cleaning the debris in and around scattered in the building tom prevent untoward incident inside Premises etc. The Rate is inclusive hire charges for showels, bond, picking rod, cowbar, whel barrow and others etc. The cleaning materials are dumped in one place in the rear side of building to collecting the debries easily etc cmplete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debries from the campus and conveying away the same to ouside by lorry to a lead of 3km (Entirely within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
