Supplying and fixing in position Indian water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580mmx440mm white glazed earthenware of approved quality and brand with P or S trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime two sand and five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC soil pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall/reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good, the distmantled portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with standard sepcification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)(including the cost of 100mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani trap of the size 100X75mm with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two parts of M-sand and five parts of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahani Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. External water supply - Above Ground Level

Supplying and fixing in position PVC specials of the following dia and types of approved quality confirming to BIS and providing leak proof joints including fixing to the walls and giving connection to the PVC soil stacks, dismantling the masonry or RCC works and re-doing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The UPVC specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Medical Gas Copper Pipeline arrangement to hang on the wall of socket type connection installation of seamless cleaned and degreased non arsenical phosphorous gas copper pipe line with saddles complete with brazing work including all copper fitting(tee, elbow, reducer, coupling). The copper pipelines should be tested suitable for a steam of working pressure of 17.34 kg. / cm2 (17 bar) and confirm to BS864 Standard with specially made for brazed socket type connection. The medical gas copper pipeline should be tested as per standard and commissioning after painting as per International Code No. ISZ379/1963 Table-V. Supplying and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Removing the drainage silt under water from the manholes by engaging scavengers, conveying the removal silt away from the site and drainage in low lying area. The inlet pipes of manhole from the building is to be cleaned completely by the bamboo sticks.

Removal of blockage in drainage pipe line at maximum depth including earthwork excavation and cut opening of the pipe line and redoing the pipe line in the alignment after removal of blockage including engaging skilled scavenger for drainage work drainage work supplying and making bamboo stick bundies of drainage block removal in pipe line and the silt is to be conveyed and dumped in low lying area etc., complete.

Levelling the uneven surfaces by removing the heaps of earth etc., by plugging out the tree trunk with roots below the ground level and removing the bushes using JCB Machinery etc., complete complying with standard spefication and as directed by the departmental offices.

Labour charges for the erection of 5HP submersible pumpset in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth values erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel Board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.
