Renewing the damaged wall panelling using 2"x1" Aluminium Channel 2"-0" intervals on single directed and fixing to the existing wall portion and fixing 12mm thick anti termites water proofing plywood using screws etc., and finishing with 1mm thick mica sheet of approved quality and colour with grooves using fevicol etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 1200 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting the exterior face walls with one coats of Exterior Texture Paint, two coat of paint and one coat of primer of approved quality and colour with SILICON and LAMINATION technology, dirt pick resistance, anti fungal, anti algal and weather proof luxury emulsion, etc.. including thorough ordinary scrapping and sand papering the walls surface before applying the first coat scaffolding charges, putty finishes, finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing the damaged broken twisted unserviceable Thermocole false ceiling with new one of "Gyp board false ceiling using 10mm thick Gypboard of approved quality design pattern and drops given by the deptl officers. Using "U" shaped galvanised iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20mc/c on both longitudinal and cross fixing "U" shaped G.I channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thick, direction for vertical sup port and at 0.90m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for Horizontal support by using teak wood reapers at corners and at intermediately and fixing the "GYPBOARD" on the panel provided as per design/pattern given by the depth officers. And finishing the ceiling surface with same plaster of Paris materials etc. Necessary openings should be could with Acrylic paint made for providing spot light, floursent tubes in the ceiling by using kit ply 12mm thick and openings should be std specfn and etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and planting specimen Korean grass including excavation of pit 30cmx30cm filling the pit with Red earth, sand FYM mixture application of Carbo furdes to prevent from white ants thoroughly mixed with plants in positing including cost of Red Earth, sand and fertilizers and maintaining the plants including watering weeding cleaning & levelling the site etc ..

Renewing and refixing the solid core flush door shutters with commercial ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35mm thick including cost of furniture fitting such as 3 nos 4"brass butt hinges,2nos 6"brass tower bolts,2nos 4"brass handle, 1 no brass drop, single key shutter, mortice lock without night latch, 1 no door closer, 1 no brass door stopper, 1mm thick best quality lamination sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brass Casting 3D Letters ( to be made as per design) Supplying and Fixing of Brass Casting 3D Letters Size given below. As per the following specifications. As per approved Tamil Letters. Provide Letter in Brass Casting, 12mm Thick. letters height 9" and 6" Inches with necessary Bold and Nuts. The Rate includes materials and Transportation Ext., Complete.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
