Providing Single seater Modular Workstation with doors each seater of Size 1.50m x 1.50m x 1.20m using modular Partition -75mm thickness - internal steel frame work comprising of vertical sections made out of 1.2mm CRCA steel sheet formed into channels will have necessary slots to mount clamps for fixing work tops & end panels. The horizontal sections are made out of 50mm x 25mm x 1mm rectangular sections. two adjacent frames are connected to each other M8 size bolts and nuts . The tiles of the partition are made out of 9mm thick pre-laminated Particle board with fabric / Magnetic fabric board (1 per work station) / White board / (1 per work station) / single plain glass. The race way made out of 1mm thick Steel CRCA sheets at the Skirting level of the partition. Electrical and data cables can tun horizontally and vertically throughout the modular partition. Switches and sockets can be fitted at any require points in pre-laminated particle board and raceway. The top and end trims are made out of aluminium extruded sections. all the aluminium & MS sections of the partitions will be powder coated to the thickness of 40-50 microns after necessary treatment. The work station shall be provided with 1 no- 900 x 900mm for centre and 2 nos 600 x 525mm for enn per seat table top and the table top cab ne fabricated out of 25mm thick particle board duly Post Formed Edges using 0.6mm Flex laminates.The each seater of the work station is provided with 2 nos of End Panel per seat of size 525x725mm (ht) - Fabricated out of 25mm thick pre-laminated particle board duly edge banded with 2mm thick pvc beeding. The work station is provided with 1 no key Board tray of size : 600x300 mm - fabricated out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board duly edge banded with 2mm thick. Supply of fancy type steel framed cushion chair of following specifications: The frames are made of 1" MS round 18 gauge hollow pipes. The seat and backrests are with 2" PU moulded foam cushion with selected upholstery finish. The arm rest are finished with pvc necessary floor bushes should be provided. All joints should be grinded smoothly and without burrs and applying of electro powder coated with the colour as specified by the department officer. The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, welding charges, benting charges, labour charges, electro powder coating, transportation as applicable and supply to worksite.

Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position Tip-up and back push reclined chair in uditorium with Arm rest to arm rest (c/c) 22" with size of seat cushion: 460mm (+/- 5mm) x 475mm (+/- 5mm), Back cushion: 740mm (+/-5mm) x 495mm (+/-5mm) of polyurethane foam of density: 50-55 kg/m3 and the seat cushion 130mm in the front (+/-5mm) and at the back 105mm (+/-5mm) (tapered type front portion with a hump) back cushion bucket type. Headrest 115mm (+/-5mm) in the centre &70mm (+/-5mm) at the top, and lumber support contours at the sides 118mm (+/-5mm) etc. All sheet metal parts are powder coated with arm rest in PU / PPCP with cup holder, ABS moulded housing for seat & back cushions. The frames are of 18mm thick high pressure steam pressed hard ply wood for seat and the back of 12mm multi bend ply wood. Over the polyurethane foam, foam lamination of 2mm is provided and finally finished with fabric of approved colour necessary Seat numbering on inner both the side of the chair stands with silicon fluorescent thin stickers has to be provided. Row number for seat along the aisles with provision for lights on sides along with aisles with the row and the seat numbers display has to be provided. Seat and back cushion housing ABS moulded vacuum forming out of 2mm sheet. Installation of chairs: The chairs has to be installed to the Existing flooring with the anchor fasteners 120mm x 100mm pin type steel IS:4454 1981 grade II sheet - metal components HRCA / CRCA sheet metal IS: 1079 1994. a) side stand 3mm (+/-0.2mm) thick size: 415mm (+/-5mm) x 345mm (+/-5mm) both sides bottom circular cutting with 140mm radius. b) 75mm x 25mm 16g 190mm length tubular pipe for the leg wielded to the 3mm plate. c) flat for base of the stands 280mm (+/-2mm) length 50mm (+/-2mm) x 5mm (+/-0.2mm). d) Mechanism components 2mm HRCA back push box 180mm (+/-2mm) x 70mm (+/-2mm) & attached to the box 190mm (+/-2mm) x 135mm (+/- height of the box 15mm (+/-2mm),ear "L" (2mm) with two slot holes for fixing the back. Tip-up box 180mm (+/-2mm) x 70mm (+/- 2mm) and height of the box 15mm (+/-2mm), ear "L" attached to the box 95mm (+/-2mm) x 125mm (+/-2mm) with two slot holes to fix the seat. The cost includes cost of the materials, labour including supplying, erecting and fixing in position, conveyance, all applicablecomplete complying to the specifications.

Supply and fixing Medium push back chair with back frame of size 660mm x 430mm made with 3/4'' 16 swg. CR square tube with PU injunction moulded foam of 2'-2.5'' thick head rest & Lombard support. Seat frame of size 430mm x 430mm made with 25mm Sq. CR pipe 18 swg and frame stripped with 12mm x 3mm flat and 3mm hard board for support. Side stand fabricated with 25mm sq.18 swg pipe and 40 x 6mm MS flat for foundation fabricated to shape. 3mm foam laminated fabric with water repellent treated of approved shade of special cloth made for theatre seating. The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, welding charges, bending charges, labour charges, transportation as applicable and supply to work site.

Manufacturing and supplying Podium of size 2' 3" x 1'6" to a height of 4'0". The outer verticle planks shall be made of 25mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated particle board (ISI & ISO certified). Other than verticle planks,18mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified) shall be provided. Necessary holes with neet PVC edge finishing shall be provided for mic arrangements. The particle board cutting edges are finished with PVC edge banding. The rate includes cost of all materials, fabrication, transports and other incidental charges, including providing in the position as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying of cusion sofa set 3+2+1 sitting capacity with selected fibre or rexine upholstery with three seater cushion sofa made of required size seasonal wood frame and spring or tape fixed and covered with density PU soft foam and covered with fibre or rexine selected upholstry with necessary floor bushes to be fixed. Manufacturing and supplying Wooden computer work station model reading cabin with CPU shelf, keyboard tray, drawer with lock & key arrangements and dividers. Specification for computer work station - 25mm Pre laminated particle board for table top (as per approved shade) and 18mm Pre laminated particle board for legs and sides. Top to be fixed with screw connecters and metal clamps. Each cubicle, shall be provided to a size of 3' L x 2' W x 4' D. The top of the table was covered with Pre laminated particle board on three sides for a height of 1.5'. Floor bushes shall be fixed at wherever necessary. The cost includes cost of materials cost of primer, enamel paint and labour charges for fabrication, cutting, bending, welding, grinding, painting, power consumption for fabrication, loading, unloading and conveyance and supplied at work site etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply of PVC Mug of 1.5 Litres capacity. The rate excluding of all taxes and includes cost of all materials, labour,transports and other incidental charges, including providing in the position to the rooms as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Notice Board Box of size 1.80m x 0.90m x 0.15m using powder coated aluminum frame of 65mm x 40mm, 1mm thick. The board shall be made of 10mm thick plywood with 8mm thick foam. The foam shall be covered by the aesthetic cloth. The board front side covered by the 5mm thick plain glass sliding shutter with locking arrangements. The colour and design shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works. The rate include cost of material, labour and transportation charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing of Key Placing Box of size 3' x 3' x 6" using 8mm thick both side Prelaminated Particle board with necessary hook arrangements. The board front side covered by the 5mm thick plain glass sliding shutter with locking arrangements. The rate excluding of all taxes and includes cost of all materials, labour, transports and other incidental charges, including providing in the position to the rooms as directed by departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of stage back drop arrangements. The frame work should be made using mild steel box section of size 4" x 2" at 0.6m intervals both horizontally and vertically. The frame work area should be coverd with 18mm thick exterior grade plywood on both sides. The plywood should be finished with polymarble design sheet of 3mm thick and 1mm thick laminate sheet of approved design. Panel should be waterproof, termite proof, fire retardent and warp resistant. The cost includes necessary screws, nail, accessories, loading and unloading, etc as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of laminated wooden flooring with 12.30mm thick high density fibre board planks of size 30" x 5" with moisture resistant layer. The board top should be finished with melamine decorative layer so as to provide image of natural wood flooring and finished with a melamine wear layer to provide tough finish. The flooring should be durable and resistant to scratch, water, stain and fire. PVC sheet of 1mm thick and foam of 3mm thick should be laid below the flooring to reduce the noise. The cost includes the all material, labour, tools and plants for laying, transportation etc complete. The design and materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works..etc complete.
