Manufacturing and supplying Executive Table of size 6'6" x 3'6" to a height of 2'6" standardised and customised for Institution Buildings of Government Medical College & Hospital, Udhagamandalam. The Table top shall be made out of 25mm thick exterior grade both side Pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO Certified) with wooden duck nosing on two sides and 25mm thick exterior grade both side Pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO Certified) for legs, 18mm thick exterior grade both side Pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO Certified) for front vertical plank and all other planks. The table includes 1 number of Drawer, 1 number of Cupboard with lock & key in one side and 3 numbers of drawers with 3 in 1 lock and key on the other side. All exposed cutting edges are finished with PVC edge beading. The table is fixed with PVC shoe bush on the legs. The rate includes cost of all materials, fabrication, transportation and other incidental charges, including providing in the position as directed by the departmental officers.

The frames and legs are made with 1" x 1" - 18 gauge CRCA square tubes. The steel carcass for drawer and cupboard box is made up of 22 gauge CRCA sheet and the drawer face and cupboard shutter face is made up of 20 gauge CRCA sheet. The table top is made up of 18mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified) with 2 mm PVC edge beading. The table is fixed with best quality ISI grade lock and key, SS handles and PVC bushes, wherever required. All metal surfaces are finished with superior quality paint. The chair shall be made up of Mesh Back on Top Grain PP Fibre Back Frame for back support with Height Adjustable Headrest & Armrest with Soft PU Arm Pad, Height Adjustable Fabric PU foam Seat with tilting and lock mechanism fixed on to the Aluminium Base with Twin Wheel Castor. Manufacturing and supplying Steel record rack of size 4'6" x 1'6" to a height of 7'0" standardised and customised for Institution Buildings of Government Medical College & Hospital, Udhagamandalam. The Steel record rack shall be made up of 50x50x5mm L angle with holes provision for 6 shelves made of 18 gauge CRCA sheets with 4 side foldings of 35 mm along with 1 no of 18 gauge CRCA sheet for the bottom stiffner of shelves. The bottom of L angle is fixed with 4mm round metal plate. The rack includes corner support plates of 2 mm on the front side bottom and top. The shelves and L angles are fixed with bolt and nuts. All the metal surfaces are electro powder coated in two different colours. Manufacturing and supplying of steel chair standardised and customised for Institution Buildings of Government Medical College & Hospital, Udhagamandalam. The steel chair shall be made of 1" x 1" - 18 Gauge CRCA square tube for frame work. 2" x 1" - 18 Gauge CRCA rectangular tube is fixed for side support. The backrest is of size 17"x8" and seat is of size 18"x17" finished with cushion and firmly fixed to the frames. The hand rest top is fixed with melamine polished hardwood. All metal surfaces are grinded smoothly and finsihed with electro powder coating. Manufacturing and supplying steel framed revolving stool standardised and customised for Institution Buildings of Government Medical College & Hospital, Udhagamandalam. The revolving stool shall be made with SS Top 1' Dia (304 grade) made up 1-1/2" - 18 Gauge CRCA round tube for middle post along with 7/8" threaded rod for height adjustment which is fixed to four legs made up of of 38 mm x 18 mm CRCA rectangular tube. The SS top is fixed to the frame using 18 mm x 5 mm MS flat. The PVC bushes are fixed on to the legs. All metal surfaces are finsihed with electro powder coating. The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, welding charges, labour charges, electro powder coating, transportation including providing in the position as directed by departmental officers.

Manufacturing and supplying Library reading table of size 99" x 39" to a height of 30" standardised and customised for Institution Buildings of Government Medical College & Hospital, Udhagamandalam. The Library reading table shall be made out of 25mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified) for the table top and four legs. The table top is double thickened with middle groove of size 3" x 1" for aesthetics with exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified). The centre vertical plank is made up of 18mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified). The table top and leg edges are finished with 2mm PVC edge banding. 6mm glass is provided with proper support for not to see each other in opposite side. Necessary foot rest arrangemnts, pvc bushes are provided. The museum double side rack shall be made up of 39x39mm CRCA square tube with 18 mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified) on front display, bottom, top and sides with 4mm glass partitions in longitudinal directions .The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, welding charges, labour charges, transportation including providing in the position as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 3 seater airport type tandem seat of overall size 1.80m (L) x 0.65m (W) x 0.77m (H) with 2" thick cushion and size of each seat shall be 50 x 65 x 77 cm, standardised and customised for Institution Buildings of Government Medical College & Hospital, Udhagamandalam. The seat is made up of cold rolled perforated sheet for seat and back fixed on to the metal centre support beam along with metal handles and legs on both ends, wi. All metal surfaces are finished with powder coating. The seat and back are fixed with cushion. The back panel is made up of 8 mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified). The shutters are made out of 12 mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified) and fixed with wooden piece for journal holding. All exposed cutting edges are finished with PVC edge beading.
